Very nice and welcoming staff in all areas. Good food. There is a nice looking pool, but I never used it. Fair internet connection for Ethiopia. Price - value is correct. The garden is very nice. You can observe monheys and many types of birds. There is access to the lake shore walk way, which is quite nice. They offer nice boat tours in the lake. This time I was not able to do, but I will probably next time. For sure I will come back. Beds are very good. Also, all found clean, however there are always coming in some ants from the gardens, what may be uncomfortable for some people. There is given free bottled drinking water every day. Housekeeping is done nicely every day. The only thing they may improve. Rusty water come out on hand wash and shower, it smells metallic rusty and has a yellow colour, probably rusted tank. Also, it would be nice to get in every room a good mosquito net installed fix as standard. Now you have to ask for it. I would suggest to sacrify one of the guest rooms in the garden to install the massage room there, just to be able to have a nicer place for this. It's definitely the best hotel option in Ziway. I will come back again.

Probably the best hotel chain in Ethiopia, very professional and friendly staff. Alwayd clean and well-maintained. Ethiopian and international cuisine up to exppected standards. I can highly recommend Heile resorts!

It was very exelent service in all direction sepeciali the mangers and and the respecion all the witers and all the stafe we stay for four dayes in these four dayes we get maximem satisfaction keep it up ! God bless you !

I am so grateful about loyalty of the hotel staff members, particularly the security guards! We lost our bag with mobile phone,... in it in the compound and the security guards found and handed over to hotel manager. Then we easily collect our property from the hotel manager.

Very good service. Great care and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. The kids had so much fun and were begging us to extend our stay. The attention to ensure our comfort was met is tremendous. Awesome, awesome awesome...!!!

They did the most. IFYKYK. They treated us like royalty honestly. I have never been so well treated in Ethiopia. We had a whole table setting done, speakers given, waiters serving us till late in the night. Which we hadn't asked for btw. The weather was also quite good and it was nice to get away from Addis.

This place is amazing! The staff are very attentive and made our stay very nice and comfortable. It is a great place through and through. They even baked us cake as we were leaving to thank us for the stay

Got 5-star trea**ent during an overnight stay. Superb service from all staff who were super friendly and welcoming. Had a night open barbecue and a whole cake to send us off. Would highly recommend! 👌🏾👌🏾

Wonderful reception. Friendly staff. Totally Enjoyed every bit of it Visited the castel winery farm for sone wine tasting too. We were invited with some nice juice and cake, and had a little send off session with cake
