Very friendly staff all around, just be careful with the taxi drivers from the airport highly suggest to book the taxi driver from the hotel . Especially Mr Toni Damien nice man friendly and he is very knowledgeable almost a tourist guide

From start to finish, everything was handled in an incredibly professional and immaculate manner. What's important from my perspective is that rooms are meticulously cleaned. The upgraded room courteously provided upon arrival was spacious and featured tasteful interior decor. What I liked most about the facility is that all staff are well-trained and do their utmost to cater to needs and requests, no matter if they fall beyond what constitutes regular working duties. In this day and age, even in the hospitality industry, it's challenging to find effective customer service, so they are to be fully commended. The breakfast buffet provides excellent value and a wide selection additionally. When returning to the area, this will be my new priority location.

This was my first visit to Lebanon so I didn't know what to expect. On arrival my bags were carried in and I was delighted to be told that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was very big, with super efficient air con, a 2 person whirlpool bath and a great balcony looking out to the sea. Breakfast was fine. Not exceptional, but I don't know how a breakfast would be. The restaurant was very quiet in the evening, so felt a little soulless. I read other reviews that complained about the waste ground between the hotel and the sea, and a cock crowing. I don't see what the hotel could do about these. The room beside mine did seem to be party central, with music playing from early afternoon until I fell asleep. I didn't contact reception as I was so tired.

Highly recommended and a great place to stay at. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious and the location was close to several amenities. I'd definitely stay there again.

I can say that , it was one of the good hotels I have been saying because of location also The staffs are very friendly especially front office and FB. I highly recommend this hotel, however it's pricy but it worth it.

I had a great time in reston hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and breakfast was extensive and delicious. Everything was excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I want to thank everyone who made our stay great. Anthony, Rebecca, Rabih, Ghassan, Emmanuelle, the doorman, sorry for those we forgot the name. You are truly an asset to this hotel and you made our stay very enjoyable and we truly felt at home. We will not forget and make sure to come say hello next time we come to Lebanon! The rooms are big and clean with nice views over Jounieh. The hotel has a nice swimming pool open 24/24, perfect fora night swim! The only bad experience we had is because of Firas, the F and B "manager". We stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and he made us pay for one small food that we took outside of the breakfast time. When we took the food, he didn't tell us that he would make us pay it, which is deeply unprofessional. You should be ashamed of this attitude. You truly know nothing about hospitality.

I wanted to say "good" because I felt this place has seen better days, but my review has to reflect the current status, and it was clear that the current economic crisis did not help Reston keep up with the times. It is still a nice place to stay, though. The location is good, and the staff is friendly. The rooms and bathrooms need more cleanliness and maintenance. The lobby is so nice and comfortable, and again, I commend the staff.
