パークホテル・ツーク(Park Hotel Zug)

以前住過這家酒店，但這次酒店在裝修，目前不推薦住。

整體還不錯。早餐挺好

Horrible experience. Shabby room, bathroom not renovated in years, no milk for coffee, no internet! General manager has a bad attitude. I asked for some a la carte breakfast instead of the stale buffet and they seems confused. There must be better options in Zug

Terrible hotel and staff. Contruction work was started at 7am in the room above where i stayed (and its still ongoing an the time is now 9am). Its impossible to sleep. Then i called The reception, they offered me 10% back on what i have payed for the room - totally rediculous. An the second thing is that I could not get a drink at the hotel bar 6pm yesterday. And the reason was that they had an event. So the staff recommended me to go to a restaurant in the town.

The 90's called and want their TV back. 350 CHF per night and no internet TV. Pool in another building. Smallest fridge ever. Not even an iron in the room. How do they get away with such prices and service?

My stay in Zug for 7 days was great in many ways. The stay in the Garden Hotel wqs fantastic. Great food in the restaurant and service…my check in and check out was done by Daniela, perfect way to start and leave Zug - she is a fantastic person. Many thanks Dino

Comfortable hotel, walking distance from Zug’s lake side. The staff at reception was welcoming and efficient and our room was ready despite our early arrival. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. At breakfast we were welcomed by Ana, who was extremely kind and helpful and accommodated the needs of the 2 babies in our group (thanks!). The buffet had plenty of choice and hot drinks were quickly served upon request. The hotel has an indoor pool in an adjacent building and a garage with easy access to the reception and rooms. Will chose this hotel again in future visits to Zug.

We arranged a taxi through the hotel from Zug to Zurich. They told us it would cost 150-180. We ended up paying 255. We needed some laundry done so we gave some things to them on Friday afternoon - they forgot to give it back and tell us there is no laundry on weekends. We could have arranged different laundry service if we had known. We would have also arranged 2 ubers for the price of 160 instead of paying 255. The staff is uninformed and not entirely friendly. There is no room service either. I would stay in a different hotel next time. The bathrooms look like hospital bathrooms. Unwelcoming place.

I had the pleasure of staying at the ParkHotel's annex "Residency" from 2-Oct till 8-Oct'22. Very comfortable stay, well-appointed room, lovely breakfast ! I traveled for business. The hotel staff were very welcoming and courteous ! The check-in and check-out process was a "breeze" as was also the welcome and attention everyday at breakfast. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. I am a non-vegetarian and absolutely love the European non-vegetarian breakfast, my expectations were more than met ! In my next visit to Zug, I will prefer this hotel.
