Great stay, hotel have nice and simple design , heating floor. Cons the front desk isn't 24 hours, they will provide you code for the door.

Walking distance to the station Zurich HB. Hotel is clean and has lift to help load up our heavy luggage up to the 5th floor. Our room is a family room. It’s spacious. Converted a sofa bed into a queen size bed for our teen son. Has kitchenette and small dining area if you feel like eating at home. Hotel has a restaurant but we didn’t dine there. Offers 1 free breakfast for each room. Can request to store luggage if checking out early to roam the city and collect before 5pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, niche and cute. This is a boutique hotel, so no trappings of usual commercial establishment. Pros and cons to that. Cons: very small room. Pros: everything else.

Central location within walking distance of all the clean, safe Zurich sites. Some crazies shouting around the hotel when we arrived, but the staff were exceptional, the room spacious, the floors heated. Thick twice before you upgrade for the breakfast "buffet." There is no value other than to sit in the extremely cool restaurant. A great stay for a good price. For three nights, a bargain.

Our stay here was wonderful! We requested an early check-in ahead of time and they were able to accommodate our request, which we greatly appreciated so that we could nap after our long flight in. The room, although a little smaller than we're used to being from the US, was clean and well set-up with a little balcony for us to enjoy. The staff was very responsive and helpful with all questions and requests. We also loved that the location was walking distance to Old Town, where we loved exploring the area for it's beautiful buildings and restaurants. It's also only a 10min walk to the main train station if you're planning to check out several cities while staying in Switzerland. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again :)

The staff was great, location too. lovely terrace facing the little river Sihl and trees on the side to have a breakfast/lunch or just a cup of coffee/tea. Very nice surprise to face all that green in spite the hotel being so close to busy roads. surprisingly short distance to walk to the main Bahnhof, or you just take the tram 3 or 14. So convenient. The room was nice and clean.

Our attic apartment that is supposed to be luxurious was ordinary , definitely not luxurious . The furniture was dated and looked shabby . The bathroom was so small , only one person can get in at any one time , literally . There was a stove but no cookware . The only feature I liked was the beddings . In addition and unfortunately for us, there was an event one night on the roof above us , there was so much loud noise and goings on that we couldn't sleep . Also , the check in/reception area was difficult to find.

Close to city center, walking distance from amenities and transport. Room was a bit small to open all luggage, but tolerable for a shorter stay

The woman at the front seat was so wonderful and friendly, and was able to assist us in English. The hotel is well situated, we walked from the train station and to the old town. We stayed in one of the apartments which was a. Outstanding space for our family of 4 (2 teen girls and 2 parents)
