料金は非常にリーズナブルで、部屋がとても素敵でモダンで清潔であることを考えると、かなりお手頃です。エアコンが冷えてよく効いたので、寝心地も抜群でした。アメニティも充実しており、午後1時までレイトチェックアウトもできました。無料駐車場も利用可能で、サービスも良かったです。 唯一の欠点は、バスルームの水圧があまり強くなかったことです。それ以外は良い経験でした。ポンティアナックを訪れる際は、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいと思っています。

フロントの対応がとてもフレンドリーだった。 赤道記念碑へ行くための渡し舟乗り場にも歩いていける。 朝食はビュッフェで、カリマンタンの料理が揃っていて、ここで料理の名前と味を確かめられる。 一階は食堂もある商店街になっている。

チェックインに時間がかかった。受付スタッフが待っている人を気にする様子もなく自分の仕事をしている。 シャワールームの排水が悪い。お湯は出るが若干温度が低く水圧も弱め。 プールラウンジのスタッフはフレンドリーで非常に感じが良かった。

The best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.

部屋は清潔ですが、それほど広くはありません。シーツは毎日交換されます。どこにでもアクセスできる最高のロケーション。部屋からの眺めは大通りに面しています。ヘアドライヤーはありません。

Overall the hotels is nice close to many places. The minus, there some noisy in sometimes due to some renovation in other room. The shower blow quiet slow but still acceptable.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.
