フィリピンコルディリラ管理地区で、駐車場のあるホテル

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 清潔なホテルで、部屋は良い香りがしました。チェックイン/チェックアウトもスムーズで、スタッフは親切で温かく迎えてくれました。Wi-Fi接続も良好です。 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 朝食ビュッフェは、料理は美味しいのですが、種類が限られています。豚肉や牛肉ばかりの時もあり、野菜やシーフードもあると良いと思います。*料理もあると嬉しいです。その場で調理してもらうと行列ができてしまうので、ぜひ用意してほしいです。 ⭐️⭐️ 自家用車があれば最高のロケーションです😊 ただ、街の中心部からは少し離れています。タクシーはあまり多くないので、他に選択肢はなく、GRABを予約する必要があります（GRABのタクシー料金は200以上ですが、常連であれば100以下です）。1つ注意すべき点は、ホテルのメインロビーへの上り坂がめまいがするほど急で、運転に慣れていないと螺旋状のスロープが非常に急なので、お互いにぶつからず事故を避けるために、誰かが車の乗り降りを手伝ってくれることを願っています。

良い点：立地が良く、階下に食料品店とレストランがあり、レストランではルームデリバリーも手配できます（すべてのレストランが対応しているかは不明です）。 朝食ビュッフェはまあまあです。 悪い点：ロビーを通るたびにいつもたくさんの人がいました。レストランの客で、食事を待っているのか、それとも何か他の用事なのか、ちょっと気になりました。 外にはたくさんのスタッフが立っていて、みんなおしゃべりしていました。チェックイン当日、車を駐車してスーツケースを運びましたが、チェックインの問い合わせは一度もありませんでした。愚かにも列に並んでしまいましたが、それはレストランの列でした。 部屋には飲料水がなく、部屋の電話番号は「0」と表示されていました。フロントデスクは24時間対応ですが、2泊3日の滞在中、一度も応答がありませんでした。 その夜、外出時にロビーのウェイターに水とタオルを頼みましたが、戻ってきたら何もありませんでした！ ゲスト用駐車場は無料で、利用券も渡されますが、入退場のたびに提示する必要があります。なぜゲストのナンバープレートを書き留めておかないのでしょうか？バギオの他のホテルやB&Bに宿泊したことがあります。そこではこのような面倒なことはありませんでした。さらに、宿泊客（おそらくレストランで食事をする人）と宿泊客が同じ駐車場に駐車するため、宿泊客は駐車スペースが確保できません。 駐車場の係員に、駐車場のエレベーターでロビーまで行けるか尋ねたところ、階段を上ったところだと言われました。 客室清掃の際は、サインを見せないと清掃してもらえません。しかし、サインはクローゼットの中にあります。

The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.

highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

立地が最高です！バーナム公園の近くです。朝食も美味しかったです。ウォーターサーバーがあって、いつでも水を補充できるのが本当に助かりました。バギオは寒いので、扇風機付きの部屋は多汗症の人でも快適に過ごせます。ケーブルテレビのチャンネルも充実していました。スタッフの方々も親切でフレンドリーでした！ 全体的に、素晴らしい滞在でした！

ホテルは市内中心部へのアクセスが非常に良く、歩いてボタニカルまで行くことができます。 設備については、個人的にはフィットネスジムがあれば良いと思います。 割り当てられた部屋は広々としていました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電磁調理器、食器セット、ソファがありました。しかし、イベントエリアに近すぎたため、室内の音が聞こえました。ほとんどの時間外出していたので、大した問題ではありませんでした。部屋の窓は別の建物のバルコニーに面していたため、カーテンを開けて朝の自然光を取り入れることはできません。そのため、部屋はずっと薄暗いままでした。バスルームを除く部屋のいたるところに黄色い電球が使われていたため、暗い雰囲気が増していました。一箇所に小さなLED蛍光灯があれば、部屋が少し明るくなるかもしれません。鏡はたくさんありましたが、全身鏡はありませんでした。しかし、考えてみると、この部屋だけの問題で、他の部屋はまったく違うデザインになっているのかもしれません。 朝食はビュッフェですが、選択肢は多くなく、味は普通です。 全体的に、スタッフは本当に礼儀正しく、親切で、サービス志向だったので、私たちの滞在は楽しかったです。

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
