My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and the service was super friendly. They helped arrange a quick tour of the Chagga caves and helped me go to the ATM while there. The chalets were a lot bigger than I had anticipated which was a nice surprise. Breakfasr was delicious!

Goed hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon goed, in een mooi rustige omgeving met, vanaf het dak, zicht op de Kilimanjaro. Ontbijt is goed en het eten is lekker. Kortom, gewoon een goed en vriendelijk hotel. Helaas is internet niet heel stabiel, waardoor deze regelmatig wegvalt.

這次入住火烈鳥酒店真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！我們是從桑巴爾島飛過來的，到的時候已經很晚了，但酒店依然給了我們很熱情的接待。歡迎飲料，幫忙行李，服務員到房間詳細介紹設施。 我們訂的是一個三人間，房間真的特別大，完全超出了預期！最驚喜的是，房間門口還有一個單獨的、屬於我們自己的小泳池！ 但是酒店沒有被子衹有一個單子，反正我們爬乞力馬紮羅帶了睡袋，我發現這邊酒店都是給個單子桑島也是……… 當天晚上，我們就在酒店的餐廳吃了晚餐，菜品的味道非常不錯，特別是他們的混合蔬菜，口感很好，非常新鮮。 第二天的自助早餐，雖然品種不是特別多，味道也都很棒。 這是一家非常有特色、精緻的酒店。從整體的佈局到每一個裝飾細節，都能看出酒店的用心，非常有格調，而且環境特別乾淨。體驗非常好，我們甚至在想，如果下次再來，或者從齊裏馬加羅下山後，一定要再住這裏！
