こちらに2泊して素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの方々が笑顔でいつも気にかけてくださったことが1番印象的です。ご飯も美味しくインテリアもとてもかわいかったです。街から少し離れていたり虫がいたりしましたがどちらも大きな問題ではなく、サパの自然を楽しむならとてもよい場所だと思います！

ที่พักเป็นโฮมสเตย์ ทำเลที่ตั้งเลยจะเป็นเนินเขาหน่อย แต่เจ้าของโรงแรมบริการดีมาก จองตั๋วขึ้นไปเขาฟานซีปันให้ด้วยในราคาที่ไม่อัพแพงเลย แถมยังมาส่งที่ sun plaza ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ก็นำกระเป๋าขึ้นมาตรงที่รอแท็กซี่ให้ ประทับใจมากๆ วิวห้องก็สุดยอดมาก เห็นภูเขาอยู่ข้างหน้าเลย ถ้ามีโอกาสมาจะมาพักที่นี่ซ้ำแน่นอน

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

夜行バスでホテルに到着した朝、受付係が私を出迎え、予約番号を尋ねました。妻と私はパスポートを提示し、アーリーチェックインが可能だと告げられました。すると受付係は、追加料金2,400,000ベトナムドンでアップグレードルームを勧めてきました。私は予約内容からするとスタンダードルームで十分だと伝えました。すると突然、スタンダードルームは満室のためアーリーチェックインはできない、もしくはアーリーチェックインには800,000ベトナムドンを支払わなければならないと言われました。疲れて寝不足だったため、渋々ながらも腹立たしく800,000ベトナムドンを支払いました。このホテルは宿泊客からより多くのお金を得ようとしているように感じました。800,000ベトナムドン自体に問題はありません。ただ、ホテルが私をからかっているように感じて腹が立ちました。最初からアーリーチェックインができない可能性があったはずです。もし不可能なら、ホテルは不可能だと明記すべきでした。アップグレードを希望しない場合は早めのチェックインができず、80万ベトナムドンを支払わなければならないという選択肢を提示されました。私は2泊しただけなのに、3泊分の料金を支払いました。😐😐

Cơ bản thì mọi thứ khá oke. Nhưng có vẻ vì mới nên hoạt động cho khách còn khá chán, mình cảm giác các bạn nhân viên làm chưa tới, các khu chưa được tối ưu hoá công năng sử dụng nên mặc dù thuộc banyan và phân cấp 5 sao nhưng mình nghĩ hiện tại chỉ ở mức 4 sao nội địa. Thậm chí phòng mình khi check in còn không có muối tắm, nên khâu dọn phòng cần xem lại. Công đoạn check out cũng khá lâu. Mong resort cải thiện và phát triển tốt hơn trong tương lai.

2日1泊の短い旅行がこのように心深く穏やかな響きを与えることは本当に知らなかった。厄介な日常からしばらく外したい気持ちでCat Cat Hills Resortを見つけましたが、ここは私が必要だった以上に暖かい休みをプレゼントしてくれました。 リゾートに到着するとすぐに飲んだハーブウェルカムティーのグラスは、体と心をゆっくり解放する開始でした。空気は澄んでいて、周囲は静かで、パノラマの景色が圧倒的に美しかったです。チェックインの過程で最も印象に残ったのは、リゾートマネージャーのルイス・ティンさんの繊細で心からのおもてなしでした。 ルイスマネージャーはリゾートのあちこちを直接説明してくださり、お客様が必要になる前にまず近づいて必要なことを知っていただく方です。無理や形式的な応対ではなく、静かで暖かい心配が感じられました。おかげで、私は最初から最後の瞬間まで快適に滞在できました。 私が泊まった客室は山の景色が見えるバンガローで、バルコニーに座って流れる雲を眺めながら

ホテルはサパ駅（サンプラザ）から徒歩10分圏内（上り坂あり）という好立地にあります。 客室は広々としており、清潔感も抜群です。シャワーは水圧が強く、温度も安定しています。 スタッフは非常に親切で、英語も堪能です。朝食は種類豊富で、目玉焼き、オムレツ、フォーなどのライブステーションも用意されています。朝食はホテルのロビーに隣接する5階で、午前6時30分から午前9時30分まで提供されています。 私たちは山側の部屋を予約しましたが、霧が出ていない日は本当に素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。外の騒音は全く聞こえず、ホテル内は静かで落ち着いた環境です。 私たちは早朝（午前6時）にサパに到着しましたが、チェックインできる部屋がありませんでした。そのため、正午まで待つことになりましたが、幸運にもスタッフの方が追加料金なしで早めのチェックインを許可してくれました。夫の誕生日であることを伝えておいたところ、チェックイン後すぐにスタッフの方がワッフルケーキを用意して部屋まで届けてくれました。特別な心遣いに感謝しています。ゲストからのメッセージに細やかな気配りをしてくださるスタッフの方々に心から感謝申し上げます。 清潔な環境、素晴らしいおもてなし、そしてフレンドリーなスタッフのおかげで、このホテルを強くお勧めします。
