私たちが予約した部屋にはアメニティの説明にジャグジーがあるはずでしたが、そこに着いたとき、彼らはこのホテルにジャグジーがないと言いました。だから私たちは残念ながら流れに従わなければなりませんでした。結局、バスタブになったジャグジー付きの部屋にお金を払いました。正直に言うと、誰がそれを責めるべきかわかりません。部屋はとても小さかった。そして、メンテナンスは最高ではありませんでした(私たちが到着して以来、トイレとバスタブは詰まっていて、それを修正するためにメンテナンスを呼び出さなければなりませんでした)。サービスは良かった。そして人は親切でした。しかし、このホテルに滞在する場合は、その周りのほとんどすべてが 5 で閉まっていることを知っておく必要があります。 5 時以降に水を汲むことすらできません。

ホテルは全体的に普通でした。フロントの対応も非常に悪く、忍耐力も親切さも感じられませんでした。空港にあるためか、常に客がいるからでしょうね。駐車場も有料で、唯一良かった点は、30分ごとに無料のシャトルバスが空港まで運行していることでした。

トロント中心部に位置する素晴らしいホテルで、1泊の滞在にぴったりでした。 駐車場はSpot heroを利用して、より安価な場所を見つけることができました。 ホテルに到着した際、バーエリアでは楽しいパーティーが開催されていました。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。 必要十分な設備ながら、モダンでおしゃれな内装で、私たちの滞在目的に完璧に合っていました。

I took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

ホテルで最も印象的なのは、ガナラスカ川を守っているその場所です。滞在中、鮭鮭に出会い、鮭が出生地まで泳いでいる姿を目の当たりにしました。客室はヨーロピアンスタイルで、階下のイタリアンレストランは特に素晴らしいです。

The room was decent for a short stay. The bed was quite large, which was nice, but it wasn’t very clean, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom facilities worked fine with stable hot water and good water pressure. Parking was convenient, right in front of the room, and the location made it easy to find food and basic necessities nearby. Overall, it’s okay if you just need a quick stopover, but I think the cleanliness of the bed could definitely be improved.

Very good service. Great breakfast. Well maintained 💕 love this. Whenever i come back in this city, I’ll definitely stay here

酒店離機場很近 打的不要半小時 大概60刀 酒店離市區很近 環境很好 衞生很乾凈 前台服務也很好 離TD銀行 超市 一元店都好近 有帶早餐 但品種不多 住了幾天沒更換口味 200多加幣一天 價格不貴 下次還會入住 並推薦周邊親朋好友👍

Location was very near to the airport with airport shuttle available. The breakfast staff service at Orchid Cafe was excellent and impaccable.
