Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

立地は素晴らしいのですが、車でお越しの場合、小型車であれば駐車場に直接停められます。ただ、私たちの車はサイズが大きかったため、一泊55ドルのバレーパーキングを利用するしかありませんでした。しかし、部屋の清潔さは期待以上で、バスローブも完備されていました。フロントではスリッパの要不要を尋ねてくれ、無料の水もあり、高層階にアサインしてくれたりと、対応が非常に丁寧で親切でした。

新しくオープンしたホテル、場所はとても良いです、ホテルの環境もとても良いです。印象的なのはエアコンで、音はとても小さいです。朝食付きの伝統的な朝食を注文しました。生きることをお勧めします。 btwホテルの駐車場のエレベーターが壊れています。早く思い出させることができればいいのにと思います。3つのスーツケースを運ぶ必要はない階段を上る

The staffs was very helpfull and location hotel very good and hotel is clean. We enjoy our stay there and will be back to this hotel when we visit Waterloo again.

空港行きのシャトルバスが30分ごとに運行しています。空港にとても近いです。ホテルは少し古いので防音はあまり良くありませんが、カナダで宿泊した中で唯一、スリッパを無料で提供している場所です。ただし、スリッパを受け取るには電話が必要です。

このホテルは空港から徒歩わずか10分という大変お得なホテルです。フロントデスクで予約すれば、空港へのシャトルサービスも手配できます。朝食付きで、部屋は清潔で、フロントの運転手とレストランのスタッフはとても親切でした。

トロント空港に近く、交通の便も良く、何よりも無料シャトルバスがあり、ホテルから空港まで行くゲストにとって特に便利です。事前に予約することをお勧めします。部屋は適度な広さで、清潔で整頓されていて快適でした。

I stayed for one night, in general was very pleasant hospitality and comfortable room. Thanks for front desk in reception they were welcoming.

The location is great. However, I was looking forward to soaking in the bath, but there was no bathtub in the room. When I booked the room, one of the room pictures has it. I was a bit disappointed.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
