We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and I especially want to commend Veronica for her warm and thoughtful service. We casually asked if we could purchase two small face towels, and after she checked, the General Manager actually arranged for them to be given to us as a gift. This unexpected gesture truly made us feel warmly cared for.
The front desk team was consistently enthusiastic and proactive. The room was comfortable and clean, and even the ballpoint pen provided for signing had a stylish design. From response speed to sincerity in service, every detail was handled perfectly.
On top of that, the location is extremely convenient! it's right next to a small mall with convenient shop, cafes and even Michelin Bib Restaurant! Metro is just few steps away, making it extremely accessible to many famous tourist spots.
We genuinely love this hotel and highly recommend it!
I booked this room for my mum and cousin for 3N4D stay. I chose this hotel for the location within the Sanfang Qixiang, and walking distance to foodie streets and the Ancestral Hall and Museum of Lin Zexu. The setting of the hotel was exactly what I was expecting, bringing us back to living in ancient Chinese house but with modern comfort. The service from the door concierge (2 gentlemen) to the reception counter (all staff and GM Assistant, Ms Qiu Guixiang) and room service (level 3 staff) was top-notch. The service we received was ever so warm and heartfelt, always able to accommodate our requests including laundry assistance and standing fan, helping us with our luggage and transport . I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a niche boutique hotel, and not an international hotel with full-range facilities.
AAndrea De FeliceAmazing hotel with a great courtyard and great southern style breakfast. Very friendly staff that invited me to drink tea with them. They have a wide selection of teas grown in WuyiShan. Highly recommend!
EEnzo PaulThe hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach.
The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁
The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality.
The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty.
There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area.
The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself.
I helped him to take some photos for the hotel which you can find below 👇 Absolutely recommend this place for staying!
