I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this incredible homestay on Dongshan Island—it’s hands down one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m already counting down the days until I can come back. From the breathtaking sea views to the thoughtful, attentive service, every single detail made my trip unforgettable, and I’m so glad I chose this homestay for my island getaway. First and foremost, the seaview here is absolutely stunning, beyond anything I could have imagined. The homestay boasts an unbeatable location with unobstructed views of the endless blue sea, and I spent every spare moment just admiring the ocean, both morning and night. Waking up early to watch the soft golden sunrise glisten over the water, with gentle waves lapping against the shore, was the most peaceful way to start each day. As the sun set, the sky painted itself in warm hues of orange and pink, reflecting beautifully on the sea, creating a romantic and serene scene that took my breath away. Even at night, the quiet glow of the moon on the water and the soft sound of waves made the view just as magical. I took countless beautiful photos during my stay, and every snapshot perfectly captures the mesmerizing beauty of this place—no filter could ever do the real scenery justice. What surprised me most is that the homestay is even more beautiful in person than the online photos. When I booked the room online, the pictures looked lovely, but I didn’t expect the actual space to exceed my expectations by such a large margin. The interior is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that frame the sea like a living painting. Every corner of the homestay is well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The layout is designed to maximize the seaview, so no matter where you are—whether it’s the bedroom, the living area, or the small terrace—you can always feast your eyes on the gorgeous ocean scenery. It’s clear that the host put a lot of love and care into creating this wonderful space. The service here is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host and all the staff are friendly, warm, and always ready to help with any needs or questions I had. They were quick to respond to messages, offered useful tips for exploring Dongshan Island, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their genuine hospitality made me feel valued and cared for throughout my trip. このホームステイに滞在するのは本当に気持ちいいです!上司は暖かくて親切で、自家製のパッションフルーツを食べて、彼のお茶を味わうように私たちに頼みました。朝食は安くて手頃な価格です。駐車場は便利で無料です。部屋の廊下とパビリオンの下には野菜畑があり、窓の前に立つと牧歌的な景色を楽しむことができます。景勝地の懐遠土楼に非常に近く、徒歩わずか数分です。雲水屋尾古鎮を散歩するだけで行くことができます。将来またここに来るなら、このホームステイが一番です。

設備：エアコンと冷凍スイカなど、設備の整った快適な客室です。 清潔さ：清潔で衛生的で、ウェットトイレとドライトイレが別々に用意されています。 環境：静かで快適、質の高いサービスです。 サービス：オーナーは温かく誠実な方で、ゲストをまるで親友のようにもてなし、まるで我が家のようにくつろいでいただけます。当ホテルは、世界中から訪れるお客様を温かく心からお迎えし、まるで我が家のようにくつろげる空間を提供しています。

立地は良く、ちょうどフードストリートに位置しているので、夜にはたくさんの食事の選択肢があります。受付の女性、林さんはとても親切で、素敵なディナースポットをいくつか紹介してくれました。ただ一つ残念なのは、エアコンの冷えが少し遅いことです。全体的には、滞在は快適でした。

I enjoyed my stay overall. While the hotel isn’t perfect, it offers great value if you’re looking for a relaxed beach holiday away from the busy tourist areas. Location The hotel is in a peaceful area close to Huangcuo Beach and Xitouxia, with plenty of small local seafood restaurants and traditional Chinese eateries nearby. If you’re not into seafood, there are still a few other dining options within walking distance. It’s about a 30-minute walk to popular cafés like Oncebook Coffee and Snow Peak Café. Further along the beach you’ll also find beach bars such as Breeze Bar and Amoy Beach Bar, where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the ocean. Most of Xiamen’s major attractions, including Shapowei, Zhongshan Road, Gulangyu Ferry Terminal, and MIXC, are around a 20–30 minute taxi ride away, making them easy to reach. Facilities The highlight of the hotel is definitely the swimming pool. It’s clean, relaxing, and has two sun loungers, making it a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or have its own restaurant, but there are several places nearby where you can eat. Room The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide beautiful ocean views. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with soft memory foam pillows, and the air conditioning works very well—something you’ll definitely appreciate during Xiamen’s summer. The bathroom is modern, with a large rainfall shower that has excellent water pressure. There are a few downsides, however. The room could be cleaner, and the hotel provides disposable towels instead of regular bath towels, which wasn’t my favourite. There’s also no minibar or mini fridge, which would have been a welcome addition. Service The reception staff deserve special mention. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. His hospitality left a very positive impression. Final thoughts If you’re looking for a quiet beachside stay with comfortable rooms, beautiful ocean views, and don’t mind taking a taxi to Xiamen’s main attractions, this hotel is a solid choice. Just don’t expect luxury facilities or a full-service resort experience.

ホテルに到着するとすぐに出迎えてくれて、5泊の滞在のためにより良い部屋への無料アップグレードを勧められました。部屋は広々としており、バスタブが備わっているので、湯船に浸かりながらテレビを見ることができます。バスタブは洗濯後の濡れた服を干すのにも便利です（写真参照）。このホテルのもう一つの素晴らしい点は、WeChatを通じたコミュニケーションが優れていることです。ホテルでは、サービススタッフ全員とコミュニケーションを取るために、WeChatグループを特別に作成しています。私はホテルに駅までの車の予約とテレビのチャンネル変更をお願いしましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。全体的にサービスは素晴らしく、ボトルウォーターやスナックを配ってくれるなど、とても親切でした。私たちはここでの滞在を楽しみ、近い将来また利用したいと思っています。

このゲストハウスは強くお勧めします。泉州を訪れる旅行者を温かく迎え入れてくれ、5泊、7泊、あるいはそれ以上の滞在に最適です。泉州の中心部に位置し、まさに街の中心地と言えるでしょう。駐車場は少し離れた場所にありますが、荷物が少なければ非常に便利です。キリスト教会の向かいの路地裏にひっそりと佇み、泉州で最も魅力的で活気のあるエリアまで徒歩圏内です。築100年以上の伝統的な閩南様式の中庭付き住宅で、専用の中庭と天窓があり、まさに特別な体験となるでしょう。オーナーは父と息子で、非常に親切で協力的で、荷物の運搬やその他の基本的なニーズにも対応してくれます。雰囲気は素晴らしく、温かくフレンドリーです。

中国の春節期間中に愛犬と一緒に厦門を訪れ、沖合にある台湾の金門島へ日帰り旅行をしました。 このホテルは実際にはマンションで、複数の管理会社が様々な階の部屋を貸し出していました。建物全体がひどく荒廃していました。 最初、フロントデスクは6階の部屋を案内しようとしましたが、まるでホラー映画のワンシーンのような部屋でした。床や壁にはシミがあり、至る所に土埃やゴミが散乱していました。予約した部屋と同じ部屋か尋ねると、別の女性スタッフが廊下にある、少なくとも清潔で改装済みの9階に案内してくれました。部屋はまあまあで、ベッドも快適でしたが、マットレスの上にシーツを敷き詰め、間に最低限のパッドも挟まないホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。幸いにもトコジラミはいませんでした。 部屋の電球は8個のうち3個しか点灯していなかったため、とても暗かったです。ヒーターは一日中最大出力で稼働させても部屋は暖まりませんでした。 すべてが古くて薄汚かった…写真とは全く違っていた。 初日はテレビもインターネットも使えず、修理をお願いするまで困っていた。 全体的に見て、メンテナンスは問題ない。でも、少なくともフロントの女性は親切で助かった。 部屋の唯一の救いは景色だった…ただ、窓がひどく汚れていて、ほとんど見えなかった。

Nanjing Tulou 1949, a modern setting hotel within a traditional earthen house. Definitely worth to stay, cuz their rooms are comfortable, facilities, staff services and amenities are highly commended. Their in house restaurant serves very good Five Spice Roll (五香条) that is a must try! In house dog Golden Retriever 小财always friendly and happy to be around guests! The whole environment of the hotel is beautifully setup for guests to relax, take photos and enjoy the coolness from the water pond in the middle. Location is also walking distance to sights but the hotel have free motorcycle available for guests to use. Will highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone who is visiting 田螺坑土楼景区.

The Apartment room was very good. Marvelous view of the sea and relaxing tub for the bath. The host was very polite and helpful. Overall Great 👍. Most of the attractions are nearby.
