Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.
DDima RezanovWe stayed in the capsule-style cottages and overall had a very good experience.
Pros:
1. Beautiful hotel with a well-maintained and attractive territory.
2. Easy and smooth check-in and access.
3. The cottages are located separately from the main building (about 500 meters away), creating a quiet and private atmosphere.
4. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and cozy, with fully working amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a projector.
5. Option to choose between a cottage with a jacuzzi or a private pool.
6. Very pet-friendly policy — pets are allowed with no extra charge or deposit.
7. BBQ facilities available; guests can use a grill, and the hotel can also provide one.
8. Convenience store in the main building with drinks and basic daily items.
9. Underground parking with EV charging stations, plus additional parking near the cottages.
10. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — very diverse, with a mix of Chinese dishes and almost European-style options. Everything was tasty and plentiful, and there was a wide selection.
11. Guests can also take food in a lunch box to go, which is a great and very convenient option.
Cons:
1. EV charging infrastructure can be inconvenient at times, as the number of stations is limited and they may be occupied during busy periods, especially on weekends.
2. Food delivery is not available directly to the cottages — guests need to go to the main building to pick up orders from the restaurant. For us this was not an issue at all, but for some guests it might feel a bit less convenient, especially in bad weather or at night.
Overall:
A modern, comfortable, and quiet stay with excellent facilities and a very pet-friendly policy. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and overall experience, and we will definitely come back again. A great hotel overall.
ゲゲストFirst, the good points
- Room & Location:
The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it.
-Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful.
· The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly.
Now, what needs improvement
The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional.
I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on.
I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer.
After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry.
But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry?
The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless.
At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.
PProJieLaExtremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming.
Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby.
Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.
ゲゲストA old hotel and the photos look different from actual site. Nonetheless, the service from the staff was wonderful and excellent, especially 小陈, really appreciate her help in recommendation of local food and iterinery shared by her. My room's toilet bowl was choked and was rectified immediately
