イギリスバークシャーのペット可ホテル

部屋を予約する前に、ホテルに電話して駐車スペースが十分にあるか確認しました。電話対応のスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、短期滞在に必要なものはすべて揃っていました。フロントデスクのスタッフは親切で丁寧でした。朝食は美味しかったですが、スクランブルエッグと蒸しキノコに加えて、目玉焼きと焼きキノコのオプションがあればもっと良かったと思います。

素晴らしいホテル、無料駐車場、広い部屋、特に新しいものではありませんが、バスルームとベッドルームにはラジエーターがあります。自動運転なので、交通はとても便利です。特にホテルの朝食には、バーベキューを強くお勧めします。バーベキューステーキはとても美味しく、レストランの環境も良いです。

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

ホテルはかなり良く、ウィンザーに非常に近いですが、通りは有色人種でいっぱいです。路地は汚くて乱雑です。ネットで調べるとイギリスで最も犯罪率が高い都市を知り衝撃的でした。

ホテルは信じられないほど良い場所にあり、ホテル周辺の庭園は素晴らしかったです。朝食はかなりいっぱいで、食べ物も新鮮でした。 バーのテンダーシルベスターは驚くほど親切で、彼はすべてのカクテルの準備に本当に熱心でした.受付係のウォルマーもとても親切で、充電器アダプターを忘れて、彼は私たちに1つくれました!また、彼は私たちが持っていたどんな質問にも常に答える準備ができていました!!私たちの経験は私たちが期待していたものよりもはるかに多かったです。建物だけでなく、すべてのスタッフにとっても、私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします!!間違いなく私のナンバーワンが戻ってきます🇦🇷

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

The location was good, right at the services. However, upon arrival at the reception and whilespeakingto the receptionists, the reception area stinked of sweat. But the receptionists were friendly. The bath had marks on it like it hasn't been washed. There was no shower gel. Parking was £5

Great modern, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent service and ambience. Has swimming pool, gym and sauna. Only issue is expensive overnight paid parking fee.
