素晴らしいロケーション。駅の向かい側で、パブも多数近くにあります。チェックインは迅速で、スタッフも親切でした。部屋は清潔で整頓されていましたが、バスルームは少し古めかしいです。ベッドは快適でした。テレビは正常に機能しませんでした。公共エリアはもっと清潔にできたと思います。朝食はおいしかったですが、蓋がヒンジ式の食品容器があればもっと便利でしょう。ハッシュブラウンは少し火が通っていませんでした。全体的に良い滞在でした。

カンブリアウェイウォークの始まりのために娘と一緒にここに滞在しました。電車で到着し、文字通り駅の入り口のすぐ外にあります。場所のトップマーク ツインルーム。バスタブ付きの広いバスルーム。部屋は時代遅れだと言う人もいます。価格に優れています。 角を曲がったところに食べ物用の小さじがあります - 徒歩10マイル未満 私たちが散歩に出かける前に、フレンドリーなスタッフが私たちの水筒をいっぱいにしました。 全体として、私たちのすべての要求を満たしています。 また、情報のために、それは犬に優しいです。 一晩50ポンド(trip.comを介して列車のチケットを予約した場合は、ホテルで割引を受けます。

很友好的一家hotel。 整潔衞生有序。每一位店員都笑臉相迎回答問題。入住和離開非常方便。早餐很不錯，比其他連鎖的要精緻。小點心很美味。 這是我住的10家中唯一一家hotel room提供了礦泉水的。

We absolutely loved our stay, our room was immaculate, cosy and with the added bonus of having a door opening up onto the beautiful manicured gardens. Nothing to complain about, looking forward to staying again

We stayed in Carlisle for a couple of nights. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to the city centre. There were a lot of pubs and restaurants close by which was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

An amazing hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room comfortable with a large bathroom. The food was tremendous and I recommend the steak and ale pie.

The property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore. Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well.
