卒業式のために郡のホテルに泊まりました ロケーションは最高で、大聖堂や町の中心部のショッピング街まで歩いて数分です ホテルはとても清潔でした スタッフはとても親切で感じがよかったです 朝食も最高でした 部屋は完璧でベッドは快適で清潔でした。価格もとてもリーズナブルなので、他の人にもぜひお勧めします

Check in was meant to be at 3pm. Arrived at 3.20 and the room wasn't done yet which was no trouble to us to wait around. The hotel offered us free drinks which was kind of them. The bed was super comfortable and had a lovely night sleep. The bath panel was cracked and honestly looked quite outdated. The hotel itself is located directly outside the train station which was perfect for my first time going to Carlisle. And right next door to a Costa. I'd definitely be back just for a sleep in the comfortable bed again

很友好的一家hotel。 整潔衞生有序。每一位店員都笑臉相迎回答問題。入住和離開非常方便。早餐很不錯，比其他連鎖的要精緻。小點心很美味。 這是我住的10家中唯一一家hotel room提供了礦泉水的。

We absolutely loved our stay, our room was immaculate, cosy and with the added bonus of having a door opening up onto the beautiful manicured gardens. Nothing to complain about, looking forward to staying again

We stayed in Carlisle for a couple of nights. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to the city centre. There were a lot of pubs and restaurants close by which was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

An amazing hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room comfortable with a large bathroom. The food was tremendous and I recommend the steak and ale pie.

酒店坐落於湖區的山坡上，莊園式的，外觀很漂亮，有一個花園和大草坪，環境很美。原訂經典雙床房，後考慮到這麼好的環境還是享受一下，所以看着圖片又加錢預訂了俱樂部雙床房，原本是非常期待的，結果一上樓卻大失所望，首先電梯直到一樓（國內的兩樓），而我們的房間卻在二樓，於是衹能辛苦攜程的包車司機幫我們拿箱子，然後進門後發現和圖片完全不同，比我們原來訂的經典雙床房還差，有沙發沒茶几，沒書桌和椅子，和服務枱交涉，前台人員身兼數職正忙於餐廳服務，所以每次找他都要按鈴後等着，而且失口否認出錯，一口咬定是攜程上的圖片錯誤，給我們的就是俱樂部雙床房，目前也沒有其他房間了，於是衹能無奈入住，度過了行程十六晚中體驗最差的一晚，好在後來攜程出面協調退了差價也作了相應補償，對攜程的善後工作我們還是滿意的。

部屋はよく掃除され、家族連れに十分な広さでした。ビーチと駅に近い絶好のロケーション。将来のレイクディストリクト訪問のために間違いなく戻ってきます。お得な価格も!
