1泊夫婦でお世話になりました。 シングルベッド2台のスタンダードの部屋は、必要なものが揃っていました。個人的にはソファにもう1つ備え付けの椅子があれば、食事をしやすかったです。 お風呂と洗面所の水場も水圧が良くて問題なかったです。 早朝にも関わらず、無料の朝食がきちんとされておりとても美味しく嬉しかったです。 フロントの担当の方も笑顔で感じがよかったです。 すぐ近くには、スーパーもあり便利でした。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

私は子供たちと一緒に最後の夜を予約しました:アフタヌーンティー、そして一晩。アフタヌーンティーは美味しく、ビーガンダイナーとして本当によく対応してくれました。グランドホールはアフタヌーンティーの美しい環境でした。子供たちも食べ物が大好きでした。サンドイッチは子供たちにとってはるかにシンプルで、どれだけおいしいかに基づいて秒を得ました。私たちの部屋は広く、ソファベッドとコットンベッドがありました。遊び場、屋外チェス、ブール、スカベンジャーハント、フィットネストレイルなどのグラウンドで遊ぶのを楽しみました。私の息子も庭でサッカーをするのが大好きでした。彼はゴールが設定されていることに興奮しました。フォックスバーで夕食をとり、その後グランドホールでドリンクを飲み、トランプをしました。翌朝の朝食は美味しかったです。池でニオイを見つけることができて本当に興奮しました。彼らはまた滞在したいと思います。私は私のパートナーと一晩来て、子供たちなしでそれを異なる方法で経験したいと思います。

Everything was fine in till I open the window and the who thing came off meaning the window fall out and I was with my family on the 5th floor and it’s a family room 518 so that was dangerous for my family to be fair so please sort it out asap before someone makes a fat claim

歴史がたくさんある素晴らしいホテルで、滞在するのにとても素敵な場所です。フレンドリーで親しみやすいスタッフ。残念ながら、十分な設備がなければ2つの部屋を予約しました。1つの部屋にはお湯がなく、もう1つは故障したシャワーがありました。運が悪かったかもしれません、そして私はホテル経営がこの問題を修正できると疑っています。

Very quiet area you could swarm an apocalypse had happened If you require medication put in the fridge ask the female receptionist the male is nasty and just outright refused Breakfast is good and restaurant attached to hotel is good Also Manager of restaurant is great Not far from station 10 minute walk with tunnel under road

As I had a graduation ceremony, this hotel was perfect because it had a great location. Just a few minutes walking to the campus of the University of Essex. The room was spotless and very comfortable, so I had a nice sleep.

What I love about this hotel is the conveniece to Southend airport, only few mins walk. It’s basic but clean and tidy, also it provides soft bed and pillows to guarantee you of a goodnight sleep. Coffee is available at the reception area if you need to check out too early for your flight. Great experience and would definitely stay again whenever I have another flight from SEN.

Staff were great all very friendly Room was spacious wardrobe big enough for a 4 yr old to sleep in ( excuse my humour ) and very clean Evening meal portions great food very tasty & staff looked after granddaughter well with keeping her occupied . Breakfast was a little of a let down as under the warmer food was still cold and bacon very dry … cheese was dried up with the cold meats only I flavour yoghurt I wish I had ordered off the fresh cooked menu of eggs selection ( but I never left hungry ) Despite second paragraph I would defo return

これは私の最初の滞在であり、全体の経験に満足しました。客室はメインホテルのレセプションから数メートル以内にあります。ホテルに出入りするためにホテルのレセプションエリアを歩き続ける必要がなかったので、このコンセプトが好きで、部屋はよりプライベートに感じました。部屋は基本的でしたが、快適で清潔でした。私は再びそこにとどまるでしょう。

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also very convenient—perfect for shopping and dining nearby. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it!
