サービスは良かった、標準的でした。場所は素晴らしく、街の歴史的中心部から約15分以内でした。ホテル自体は多くのレストランや小さなお店がある広場の中に位置していました。一番いいのは、このホテルに滞在すると、同じ広場にあるレストランで10%の割引が受けられることです。ただ一つの不満は、朝食ビュッフェの食べ物です。味のいい食べ物ですが、選択肢は限られており、毎日同じです。スープや冷たいサラダなどの選択肢がもっと大きい方が旅行者にとっては良いので、2日以上滞在すると吸うでしょう。

Good hotel good location good service albeit the free breakfast isnt the buffet but the buffet is reasonably priced. Its within the city and near shops.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

Un maravilloso hotel, amplias habitaciones, muy limpias y con todas las amenidades necesarias. Tradicion en el bajío mexicano que mezcla lo colonial con lo contemporáneo. Si necesitaría hospedarme en Queretaro nuevamente, sin duda lo haría en El Real de Minas

素敵で快適な環境

Son muy amables en recepción y restaurante. Me apoyaron con la reserva porque hubo un problema con las fechas seleccionadas (más por tema de la app). El hotel está algo retirado, se nota que ya tiene unos añitos, se escuchan muchos ruidos si te hospedas en Piso 1 pero… las habitaciones son cómodas. Buenas almohadas, suficientes. El desayuno fue agradable.
