ポルトガルマデイラのペット可ホテル

Voor de 4 de keer naar dit hotel geweest, na een misverstand kwamen wij in het andere gedeelte van het hotel terecht, nou daar wil je echt niet zitten. Uiteindelijk heeft Trip het goed opgelost. Van het hotel niet veel enthousiasme, wij hadden verkeerd geboekt, punt uit. We gaan voor de ligging naar dit hotel, verder zijn de faciliteiten qua prijs niet heel bijzonder. Iedere dag hetzelfde ontbijt, zelfde personeel in ontbijtzaal die niet heel erg vrolijk zijn. Buiten ontbijten lijkt heel aantrekkelijk, maar dat wordt verstoord door duiven, die het eten van je bord pikken. Er komt wel iedere dag een  valkenier om de duiven weg te jagen maar ze zijn hardleers. Koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer en ijskastje. De kamer is schoon en ruikt fris. Op de parkeerplaats vieze rioollucht. Gratis parkeren. 

The location on the ocean is breathtaking and that is my main take away. Everything else was perfectly fine. My only disappointment was the on site pools were closed during our stay. Was told they were being cleaned but I never saw any such activity.

ロマンチックな休暇に最適な美しいビーチフロントホテルと、標準的な5つ星ホテルには、安い代替品でありながらも豪華です。場所的には、ホテルはストリップ/市内中心部から非常に離れており、マデイラではタクシーの価格は特に安くないので、素晴らしいものではありません。客室は広として見事で、朝食ビュッフェの素晴らしい選択と夕食の豊富なレストラン/オプションがあり、それだけの価値があります。素敵なラブバンド/ミュージシャンが毎晩演奏します。これも素晴らしいです。全体的に非常にフレンドリーなスタッフと素晴らしい滞在ですが、マデイラで多くの観光をしたい場合は、旅行にかなりの金額が残っていない限り、このホテルは最良の選択肢ではありません。

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

У отеля шикарная территория! В окружении гор, среди зелени и цветов. Вокруг тишина, поют птички - полный релакс! У нашего номера была своя небольшая терасса, где можно посидеть, наслаждаясь тишиной и красивыми видами. Рядом очень красивая тропа! Обязательно нужно по ней пройти. Завтрак шведский стол, не очень разнообразный, но нам хватало

Um grande agradecimento a grande equipa do hotel Golden Residence. Desde a garrafa de espumante até aos pequenos gestos como a oferta de rebuçados no check out a nossa estadia foi excelente. A piscina interior e o banho turco são um must além de piscina exterior. Os quartos são grandes, com sala e kitchnete faltando apenas a TV no quarto. Muito boa localização.

El hotel es impresionante… los alrededores con los jardines, casa del te, el spa y la piscina…. Todo es realmente increíble. Una pena haber pasado allí solo una noche… el desayuno en el jardín es todo un lujo… nos ha gustado todo!!!!

Charming hotel with spacious and bright rooms, a well-kept garden and a wonderful view over Funchal. The property is original and very interesting, though perhaps in need of some care. The available parking is a real plus. Quiet location yet close to the city center, with always friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere, highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
