ホテル4etoilは設備が整っており、サービスは正しいです。私は19.40に飛行機を持っていました。私は午後5時まで滞在できるかどうか尋ねたところ、彼らは喜んでそれを受け入れました。

I was impressed by the hotel’s service. The receptionist who attended to us was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, such as toothbrushes. She also let us know that we could contact her if anything was missing and she would have it sent up promptly. Another highlight was the water dispenser located outside the rooms. As many hotels in Europe no longer provide complimentary bottled water due to sustainability efforts, having easy access to drinking water was truly appreciated. Location is near to the city centre and there are also supermarkets nearby.

素晴らしい宿泊施設、広とした部屋、温かいシャワー、居心地の良いベッド。コーヒーメーカー、余分な枕、ミニ冷蔵庫、たくさんの収納。ご宿泊いただきありがとうございます。

Small boutique hotel near the center of town with restaurants and grocery store near by. Room is not large, but clean, breakfast so-so; biggest issue is hotel has no elevator, so make sure not to choose a room at a high floor if you happen to have heavy bags.

Swietny hotel , doskonała lokalizacja , bardzo dobre śniadania , bardzo miły i pomocny pesonel

Nobody changes bed sheet and towel in my 4 nights stay. I left room key in the locker when I went out. But locker was unlocked when I returned after work. Key was inside though. I got in the room. Bedsheet and towel were the same, unchanged.. So in the next 3 days I kept room key with me when I went out. Is this the reason why room has never been cleaned ??

親切にしていただき有難うございました。 連泊すると、何故か部屋を掃除してもらえない事が多いので、今回も翌朝部屋の掃除とタオル、シーツの交換をホテルスタッフにお伝えして出掛けましたが、夕方部屋に戻ると朝と同じ状態で掃除も交換もされてませんでした。 こちらが頼んだことはやってほしいと思います。
