It was quiet and a good size room.
The AC kept turning off which disrupted my sleep. It was humid in the room so I woke up three different times throughout the night. This was extremely disappointing because I had exam in the morning.
The pots had some food residue.
The stopper for the tub did not work.
Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.

Very good location,a lot of restaurants nearby,the staff at front desk is very nice.The room is clean and comfortable.

ゲゲストThe room was very nice, very hot water which I love and it was clean. Sid, the person at the desk when we got here was very professional and kind. We were exhausted at this point and his speed of service and getting us into our room was wonderful. The ladies the next morning were as well. One thing I wish is that the room had a microwave, especially for extended stays. We started off with a day and ended up staying for three. I dont know if other rooms have them but I know ours did not. The only other thing is the people in the rooms around ours were very loud running in and out of their room, bangi g the doors, and playing loud music all at 1 in the morning. I dont know when they stopped as I eventually fell asleep out of that same exhaustion. Thank you so much Motel 6!
LLiz369A wonderful hotel when arriving late to CLE airport or if you have an early departure. There is a free shuttle service that will pickup or drop off, on demand. The hotel was an old NASA office building and is clean, comfortable, with a great experience. Super friendly service. Highly recommended
ゲゲストThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.
ゲゲストRoom and service great but no shampoo, why? We had to get a room, wasn't planned so we didn't have supplies packed at least there was soap but I had dirty hair not happy about this
