フィリピン東ビサヤ地方で、プールのあるホテル

彼女と1ヶ月間の休暇を終え、最後の夜を過ごしました。 これ以上望むものはありませんでした。 本当に広い部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 プールエリアも最高でした。 唯一残念なのは、もっと長く滞在できなかったことです ;)

全てにおいて期待をはるかに上回っていました。設備面では、タクロバンで宿泊した中で最高のホテルだと思います。部屋は広々としており、レストランの料理も美味しく、朝食も大変満足できました。スタッフは皆礼儀正しく、ホスピタリティ精神に溢れていました。 ただ一点、シーツやタオルについて気になる点がありました。清潔ではあったものの、爽やかな匂いがしませんでした。 ぜひまた利用したいホテルなので、この点については、特にクリーニングが外部委託されているのであれば、経営陣の方々にぜひ改善を検討していただきたいと思います。

フロントで11時15分にタクシーを手配してもらえました。チェックアウト後、タクシーについて尋ねたところ、300ポンドを請求され、タクシーではなくホテルのシャトルだと告げられ、他の宿泊客を待つように言われました。2か所立ち寄る予定だったので、タクシーが必要でした。「それは私のリクエストではない」と伝えました（そして、彼らは同意しました）。すると、彼らは自分たちの言語で話し始め、笑い始めました。何が面白かったのか分かりません。結局、タクシーは捕まえられませんでした。他の宿泊客は誰もいないのに、ただの運転手がタクシーを拾っただけでした。がっかりです。

フィリピンの基準に最適なホテル。新しくまたは新しく改装され、追加料金なしでプリペイドの朝食を部屋に届けることができるという事実は素晴らしいです。

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

2泊予約しました。場所は美しく、スタッフは丁寧でプロフェッショナルです。 Wi-Fiがあると書かれているのでホテルを予約しました。到着すると部屋にWiFiがありますが、信号がなく、データ信号もありません。唯一のwifi接続はレストランにあり、これも非常に弱いです。 2泊目のキャンセルと払い戻しをリクエストしましたが、プロパティはリクエストを拒否しました。アメニティに記載されていないと大丈夫でした。wifiがない場合は、リストを更新して、旅行の手配を中断したり、お金を失うことはありません。彼らは私の要求を拒否したので、私はまだこのホテルに支払っている間別のホテルを予約しなければなりませんでした。

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The view from my window was beautiful, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. My room had all the amenities I needed, including a minibar, coffee maker, and toiletries.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. Thanks for all guys🙏🏻❤️
