匿匿名ユーザーThe room and bathroom were fine. But breakfast was served too late, starting at 7am. Many day tours required early pick up or we had to take a cab to the meeting place, so if the hotel can start serving breakfast at 6.30am, that would be better.
I asked reception if there was coffee served during breakfast, and the lady staff said that they used to serve coffee but it was usually left untouched, so they stopped serving coffee. She said she would arrange for coffee to be served for us at breakfast. What we got was a very diluted brown murky drink 😂 I guess the locals do not know how to make a cup of coffee. Anyway, breakfast is Chinese style. But there was toast and jam!! ❤️
On check in, we were given some snacks samples which were great. And in the evening, a staff came to give us tasty yoghurt!
Overall, service at this hotel is good!

SSerena MandrileWe are an Italian family and we stayed at this hotel for around 10 days while we were fixing our motorhome in Zhangye. This hotel has the perfect position for us, near the beautiful and calm lake and with the city centre reachable with a short taxi drive. Our room at the ground floor had a private garden from which we enjoyed the sunshine every day, and my child was given a very cute camping tent that she loved to play with. One of the buildings in the hotel is a very nice restaurant that we enjoyed twice. Last but not least, the staff was so kind to us every day and extremely helpful with lot of things like ordering delivery food or receiving packages - as we don’t speak any Chinese at all, this was a blessing for us.
ゲゲストVery nice hotel and pleasant stay in it. The beds are very comfortable, pleasant sleep, no noise. The hotel is located near the western railway station of the high-speed train. we highly recommend staying in this hotel
II HarelVery rude staff at the reception. We booked a room with AC, but they didn't have any in this huge, empty and atmosphereless hotel. Whe we complained about it they asked us to cancel the reservation and to look to another hotel, which we refused.
We asked them to put 2 cooling fans in the room and to compensate us, but the refused.
We had to wait 3 full hours(!) Sitting in the corridors floor(!)
Only after Trip.com 's customer service (always very good and helpful) called the hotel's manager the problem was resolved.
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!
