Old hotel with lots of history. Rooms could be better maintained. The ambience makes up for other short falls. If you are taking the Agro Wilis, it is in the perfect location, next to the Gubeng rail station. A very short walk only taking a couple of minutes.

It’s very convenient that the mall is directly connected and no need to go outside to have dinner.

Room are OK but not clean when we enter the room . Wash basin , water taps are not properly designed so water from the basin tap always flow to the vanity top and drop onto the floor which made the floor wet most of the time . Location is at good point but can’t go anywhere as we don’t feel safe to walk around .

場所は非常に戦略的で、バンドン広場に近く、部屋は少し狭いです...でも、私と夫と子供の3人には十分です...部屋は清潔ですが、カーペットが少し汚れているだけです... 部屋の設備はかなり充実しています。 金庫、食器棚、小さな冷蔵庫などがあります。 ただ櫛やシャワーカップが与えられていないだけで、ホテルは豪華に見えます。 スイミングプールは5階にあります。 AC テレビはすべて良好です。素晴らしいです。またここに滞在するのはいつですか?

今回、このホテルのサービスには少しがっかりしました。到着前に予約チームに電話して禁煙ルームをお願いしたところ、5階にあると確認されました。チェックイン時にフロントデスクは喫煙ルームだと伝えましたが（小さな子供がいるのでお願いしていたにもかかわらず）、それでも無理でした。306号室はタバコの臭いが強烈でした。エレベーターを降りるとベッドはカビ臭く、枕も交換されていないようでした。 エキストラベッドをお願いし、料金も確認済みでしたが、予約チームはチェックイン時に後払いと言っていました。 到着後すぐに休めるはずだったのですが、まだ設置されていなかったのです。予約チームとフロントの対応がズレているようで、少し奇妙です。 そして何より残念だったのは、滞在後、子供たちがタバコの臭いで具合が悪くなり、咳き込んでしまったことです。 申し訳ありませんが、ホテルに苦情を言うのは初めてです。対応に非常に失望しました。支払った料金に対して、ひどい部屋でした。 でも、ここのスタッフは皆、ベテランだからか、本当に親切です。

部屋はとても素敵で、バスタブは素晴らしく、誕生日ケーキも用意され、スタッフはフレンドリーで、テレビはスマートテレビで、Netflixも視聴できます😍魚に餌をあげることもできます、私の子供はとても喜んでいます。家に帰りたくない 😁 あと、ジムは少し遅いし、設備や朝食もいろいろありますよね?!でも、味は美味しいし、雰囲気はとても良いので、息子の誕生日を祝うときに、きっとまたすぐに戻ってくるでしょう 🤭

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

場所もいいし、部屋も広くて清潔だし、プールもあるし、朝食も美味しいです👍👍

素晴らしいホテルのロビーの建築とサービスが提供されます。スタッフは親切で一流でした。会場が交通量の多い道路に近いため、高層階の静かな部屋をリクエストされました。 朝食のスプレッドは悪くありませんでしたが、もっと良かったかもしれません。短所は、プールが凍てつくほど寒かったことです。暖かくなければなりませんでした。バンドン駅に近いのでここでの滞在はとても気に入りました。徒歩圏内に見えるかもしれませんが、荷物がある場合は通路はそれほど期待できません。ヒントとして、民間のハイヤー（グラブ/ゴジェク）は過剰請求する可能性があります。市内では不誠実なドライバーにほとんど遭遇しなかったため、そのような追加料金などに注意する必要があります。
