ヨルダンアンマンで、スパのあるホテル

素敵で清潔、モダン、朝食も美味しく、快適でベッドも良く、とても新しいホテルです。唯一の欠点は、オフシーズンに訪れたためプールを利用できなかったことです。それに、スパの利用も予約に含まれています。スパにはスチームルーム、ホットタブ、ジャグジーがあります。

部屋はよかったです。半密閉式シャワーのため、シャワーを浴びると水が地面に飛び散ります。朝食レストランのマネージャーはとても親切で熱心で、スタッフ全員が良いサービスを提供しています。ホテルの外の環境は悪く、ホテルに入るにはセキュリティチェックが必要です。

酒店規規矩矩，適合商務出行，租車開到酒店停車也很方便，有代客泊車服務。距離市中心幾個商場以及安曼幾個知名景點開車都算方便，就是道路比較擁堵，還有人為的交通管控（非常不智能，交警每次攔路口長達10-15分鐘），建議還是預訂更靠近景點或者出差場地的酒店，以免耽誤時間。

Tolles Stadthotel mit geräumigen Zimmern und tollem Spa Bereich. Wir waren zwei Mal im Spa Bereich schwimmen und entspannen. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem! Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot große Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. The food and drinks were enjoyable, the rooms as are clean and modern. I would highly reccomend the W and I will stay there in the future.

When arrived, reception told us that there is no reservation for us. We book the evening of the day before. They implied that “it is not our problem, go solve it with the website you used for booking” it was very unprofessional. Immediately I had contact with customer service of trip.com and they contacted them and solved the issue. Other than this issue, everything was nice and the room was in an acceptable condition.

Just ok, not that fancy, food is below average, not very clean, but it’s ok, acceptable
