Lanyang Museum

A peaceful place to go. Love the architecture of the place. The inner have lots of story of Yilan.

Yilan County is located in the northeast of Taiwan, surrounded by mountains on three sides and the sea on one side. When I travel to Yilan County, I feel that the scenery here is quite beautiful and the air is fresh with few people. There is a strange museum by the sea called Lanyang Museum. The museum is very coordinated with the local landform, and it is like a "one-sided mountain". The museum mainly introduces tourists to the development of local history, culture and so on in the form of text, pictures, real objects.

Lanyang Museum is located next to Yilan Wushigang Ruins Park, facing Guishan Island. It is a local comprehensive museum introducing Yilan, which has become a window of Yilan's culture. It is a surprise to be in the museum as if you are in nature.

Lanyang Museum is a novel design in Yilantou Town Modern Art Museum. The overall design of the building is quite special. The appearance is different from the general building. It is quite satisfactory but the slope to the triangle shape creates a unique style of the museum. I personally feel very beautiful. Worth a visit.

The design of Lanyang Museum is designed with single-sided mountains as geometric modeling design, the overall building roof and ground angle is 20 degrees, the cutting-edge wall and ground are 70 degrees, which makes people feel as if they are out of the ground and blend with the landscape.
