Marafor Square

A central place for visitors

Marabout square is located in the middle of the peninsula of the old town, lots of restaurants, shops, and bars are there, mostly located in the old buildings forming a remarkable sight.

Worth a stroll through on way to harbour

Came upon this by chance wandering round the old town - sat in a restaurant and whiled away the time

Marafor Square

Located near the temple of Neptune and a central square in ancient times but probably much larger then. The remains of the 1st century pavement are still there. Mostly restaurants are located here now...

this is the center of town

the Church of our Lady of Angles is located here, there is a local market in the square, there are cafe's & restaurants, it is a busy place from here you walk down Decumanus Street... many opportuniti...

Disappointing

We stopped off for a coffee on our visit to Porec. The latte coffee was tasteless and had never seen a coffee bean. Very expensive as well.
