The wall of Ximalin is located in Ximalin Village, Ximalin Town, Wanquan District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It was built in the Ming Xuande decade (1435), and has been rebuilt many times, which is a typical representative of the Great Wall Defense System of the Ming Dynasty.

Ximalin Town, built in the Tang Dynasty, Yuan and Ming Dynasty are military to rush, Ming Yongle is one of the five Forts of Wanquan Right Guard in two years, Xuande ten years (1435) built Ximalin Castle. There are more than 30 Yuhuang Pavilion, Dongxi Temple and other temples in the city, and only Yuhuang Pavilion is left. During the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, it was a trade center in the west of Wanquan District.
