ゲスト: Modern decor, really beautiful bathroom. I stayed in December and the only complaint I had was it was a little bit cold. Really friendly staff, really comfortable bed, good location. Also the bar/grill/gym has a lot of footfall so it felt more alive, if that’s what you’re into. There is even a Starbucks. Tesco round the corner, a Burger King and KFC right across from the hotel too.

Puiver: Stayed end of July 2026. Location was perfect for Dudley Zoo and castle (within walking distance 15mins). The hotel room was as clean as it could be. Watched the The World Cup finals in the hotel room. The service when we first checked in, the reception staff was a little grumpy but that's fine. The staff the next day was helpful, allowing us to borrow an iron and a ironing board etc. Had breakfast in the morning at the accommodation for £10.85pp and it wasn't too bad (it was buffet style, there was a classic fry up, fresh fruit, very basic cereal, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt). For the price and quality - definitely recommend if you're staying for a short trip.
