This property was a nice overnight before I headed back to the USA. Clean and comfy. Enjoyed the Balcony views. The Television could use a couple American channels and easier to navigate . Staff was helpful.

Nos quedamos aprox 18 personas en diferentes habitaciones del hotel, el servicio del hotel estuvo muy dispuesto para hacernos las acomodaciones como lo solicitamos, el hotel es pequeño pero esta recien remodelado, las mejores habitaciones estan en el segundo piso que son las remodeladas. En general buen aseo y todo en buenas condiciones, en el primer dia lo unico incomodo fue el ruido de una obra al lado pero nada delicado porque al fin y al cabo no permanecíamos en el dia en el hotel. En general si buscan algo economico, comodo pero no les interesa el lujo, es una buena opción.

10年前に初めてカルタヘナに来たときに泊まった古い5つ星ホテルは、特に中庭のレイアウト、プール、そして横にあるレストランにとても感銘を受けました。午前10時頃に到着しました。北京からのフライトと送迎は28時間です。とても疲れていて、午後3時まで待ちたくありません（インターコンチネンタルでは、アーリーチェックインで50ドルを受け取りました）。滞在する計画;フロントデスクは部屋が住む準備ができていると言って、最終日の朝食をその日に進めることに同意しました、それは非常にまれです、ありがとう！フロント、レストラン、各種サービスはとても丁寧ですが、部屋は古く見えますが、それでも物事を感じます。

The condition of the hotel is okay, passable, although my bed was too soft, pillows not too comfortable, there were no glasses at all in the room, and while there was a balcony there was no chair, or table or any kind of furniture on it (what is the point having a balcony if you cannot seat there?). Among other inconveniences were a crazily loud aircon, the bright screen of the telephone which I had to cover with a towel to be able to sleep and the breakfast which seriously lacked in choice and quality even by local hotel standards (which are already quite low generally). The worst of all which makes it unsuitable for business travelers is the fact that, for some reason, the hotel management deems it appropriate to boss hotel guests and oversee user Internet traffic and so it is impossible to connect to VPN. Apart from not allowing to connect to your company's secure network remotely, this is a serious security and privacy issue that exposes guest confidential data, and hence it is a totally unacceptable practice which renders this place totally unfit for those planning to access anything but news websites during their stay. If you do, be advised that all your private data, logins, passwords and websites that you access can be compromised.
