Daily housekeeping is included, bedrooms and all — our team services the entire villa each day at a time coordinated with you. Electricity is included as well.Our property's maximum capacity is 28 guests. We may, on occasion, allow for additional guests such as children. MAIN HOUSE:Casa La Mulata is a majestic space. The views from this house are truly spectacular. You can take in the beautiful ocean views from wherever you are. The mountain views are almost as breathtaking as the ocean views. No expense was spared in decorating and furnishing this gorgeous space with high end designer touches throughout the property. There are 7 bedrooms in the main house. It is a quiet and cozy place, just 5 minutes from Sosua Beach, 8 minutes from Cabarete Beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport. Regarding restrictions, we have no limit on the number of visitors, only moderate music after 11:00pm. It also has the capacity to accommodate 32 guests with a total of 20 rooms together with the villa next door and our customers can also enjoy our large basketball court. It is a cozy place with 12 rooms, 2 of which have a queen size bed and the others with a king size bed, all rooms have their bathrooms, air conditioning and safety deposit boxes. Our guests can walk freely and can also travel in their vehicle, or with their assigned driver, the villa is 1 minute from the main street// our parking is private and is located within the same property.
