部屋はとても広くて清潔でした。ベッドは快適でしたが、鏡付きのドレッシングテーブルや、洋服やタオルを掛けるクローゼットなど、必要な家具が不足していました。カスタマーサービスの対応は非常に迅速でした。ハンガーが備え付けられていなかったので、リクエストしたところ、当日中に用意してくれました。ありがとうございます。改善してほしい点： - 鏡付きのドレッシングテーブル - ハンガー付きのクローゼット - 電気ケトル - コーヒーと紅茶（3 in 1） - ミネラルウォーター - ミニ冷蔵庫 - テレビ

受付の方はとても親切で助かりました。本当に助かりました！ ただ、清掃はもう少し改善の余地がありました。テレビ台には埃が積もっていて、トイレもきちんと掃除されていませんでした。 また、バスタブにはジャグジーボタンがあるのですが、全く機能しませんでした。写真や設備からジャグジーが使えるという印象を受けたのが、この部屋を選んだ理由の一つです。受付の方に聞いて初めて、普通のバスタブとして使えることを知りました。もっとリラックスできる空間を期待していたので、とても残念でした。 とはいえ、短期休暇には全体的には問題ありません。

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

今回の旅行で宿泊したホテルの中で最も満足度が高かったのが「velamundl」でした。海子の詩「海に向かい、春暖かく花が咲く」という言葉がぴったりのホテルです。 ホテルはイギリス植民地時代から存在し、非常に歴史があります。現在の内装も過度に現代化を追求せず、元々のレトロなスタイルを保ち、「古いものを生かした修復」がなされています。レトロな南洋スタイルがお好きなら、このホテルは最高の選択となるでしょう。 ホテルの外の世界も素晴らしいです。図4のマイアミビーチまで歩いて行くことができ、そこには人もそれほど多くない長いビーチがあり、島の景色を独り占めできます。また、10数リンギットでタクシーに乗れば、有名なバトゥ・フェリンギビーチに行って花火や鉄花火（打ち上げ花火の一種）を見ることもできます。 旧市街の景色に飽きたら、ぜひこちらを試してみてください。
