Beautiful Hotel. Plenty of amenities and a nice breakfast every morning. No complaints here

Walls are to thin. You can actually hear somebody else’s snore, toilet flushing, and television

It was a nice hotel and had laundry service. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean. Could use some variety on the breakfast. I’ve already booked another stay.

The service was excellent and they tried to make the experience a good one. The lack of air in one room, double beds for 3 adults in another room and dirty (like really dirty) sheets in another room made the stay not very good.

My first time visiting here.. i stayed they weekend. Staff is amazing the free breakfast in the morning hit different when it comfortable, quiet , and stress free and thats exaclty how it was the entire time. Ill definitely be back for another get away soon

What I didn't like was the full size beds in the double room but thats my fault because i didn't read the description well enough. After 1 night the staff let us upgrade our room and it was fabulous! They were super helpful. Rooms are update and clean!

The room had a toddler toilet, very short and inappropriate for adults. When mentioned to desk clerk upon check out she just laughed and said some rooms had low toilets and some had taller ones. I will say this we arrived early and did get in a room a few hours early. Will never stay at a LaQuita again. Coming back on Thursday and have booked directly with a different hotel.

Needed hotel within walking distance to hospital. Rooms were updated, furnished well, and clean. The bed was comfortable enough (just a matter of do you like firm or not). Best thing I enjoyed was the 24 hour coffee bar. I basically lived in coffee to make it through assisting my family member in the hospital - so this was a big help!

Overall we had a good stay. We did have a few things that we were not very happy about. A/C was not working properly room was kinda hot, the shower was clogged, we did not get our room cleaned or get new towels.

Property was dirty,elevators both did not work,furniture are old and breakfast was so boring,no bananas. Sausage and eggs every morning. Cigars smoking in the hallways were horrible and penetrated to rooms.toilet seat was so low(for kids potty training). The room cleaning lady was so nice. No body lotion.no shower caps.

Pros: Room was clean, spacious, beautiful, and great quality for price. Great location. Dining all around (walkable). Breakfast was delicious. Customer service was great (depending on who you talked to). Cons: -There was only one small working elevator at the far end of hotel for everyone on 4 floors to use. -All 4 of the carts were misplaced when I checked out so I had to make like 5 trips to and from my room, elevator and car. -I am a smoker and even though I never smoked on the property, hotel manager had the nerve to call my room Friday morning (my birthday) telling me the housekeeper says it smells like smoke by my room. Idk if she was trying to infer I was smoking in my room but I cleared that up real quick, best believe. This is a completely non-smoking hotel so if you are a smoker and come in with a smell of smoke, don't be surprised if you are harassed.
