Bad part of Lynn. Awesome view of Boston. Lots of stairs. High wind. Not really sure when it is open, if at all but I would go back. Be sure to go with a friend during the day.

This is a great place to take pics. The stairs can give you the best workout. I got some great shots of the city. The wind was very high because it's a very high elevation.
