The water was grey. Looks like someone was dumping coal from nearby Colfax Bridge. We pray that is not the case.

Lights on River

In the early evening there is a beautiful walk around river just south of Colfax bridge. The river is illuminated in a variety of colors and the effect is very impressive.

Great Summer Night Walk

My family and I spent 4th of July in South Bend and took an evening walk to see the River Lights. The lights, rushing water and fireworks made it a memorable evening.
