Farran's lookout

Excellent views

This lookout is close to Towong and is well worth stopping or even a small sidetrip. It provides excellent views of the Murray River and the alps, including (on a good day) Mt Kosciuszko.

Nice views but

I had planned to rest a while here, but the flies were horendous, so a quick stop and the views were worth the break.

Worth the stop

We stopped here on our way to Khancoban, the view across the country side is very nice. there is parking available so you don't have to stop on the side of the road.

Beautiful views

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Very modern lookout. Worth visiting when in Corryong area
