今回の滞在は全体的にとても満足のいくもので、またぜひ利用したいと思いました👍 メリット： * 非常に質の高い客室で、清潔で快適、とてもリラックスできる滞在でした。 * 駐車場が便利で、車でのアクセスも良好です。 * 市内中心部に位置し、周辺施設へのアクセスも抜群です。 * フロントスタッフの対応は熱心で、きめ細やかなサービスを感じました。 注意点： * フロントの処理速度はやや遅く、チェックイン／チェックアウトに時間がかかる場合があります⏳ まとめ： 全体的に非常に良い滞在でした。設備と立地は大きな魅力です。フロントの処理速度がやや遅いことを気にしない方であれば、理想的な宿泊施設と言えるでしょう。

The room they gave me was the worst and nothing like i expected but they moved my daughter and I and fixed all my concerns quickly

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

利点: ホテルは、トロント テレビ塔とロジャース センターまで徒歩 5 分以内の好立地にあります。部屋のスペースも比較的広いので、大小2つの部屋に住むのにそれほど問題はありません。調理するものは自分で購入でき、階下にはスターバックスがあり、非常に便利です。角にある大きな24時間営業のスーパーマーケットです。主要な観光スポットまでは徒歩で約 20 分かかります。短所: フルセルフサービスのチェックイン、清掃員はいません。バスタオルの洗濯やゴミ出しも自分でしなければなりません。全体的には滞在する価値があります

家族や友人とのトロントのダウンタウンアクティビティウィークに最適な場所で、コアダウンタウンまで徒歩15分。 2ベッドルームには窓はありませんが、平和な睡眠に最適です。ダウンタウンコアとCNタワーの37階からの眺め。

まず、ホストが通常の午後 3 時ではなく午後 5 時からチェックインを 1 時間早くさせてくれたことにとても満足しています。ここは Airbnb のような宿泊施設で、1 泊の滞在に 450 ドルのデポジットが必要で、とても高いと思いました。ロケーションは素晴らしく、CN タワーやレストランまで徒歩圏内です。 清潔さを除けば、とてもかわいい場所です。場所は汚かったです。シャワーはカビと髪の毛でいっぱいだったので (写真添付)、髪の毛がそこら中に散らばっていたので使わないことにしました。洗濯機と乾燥機があるのを見ましたが、洗濯機にはまだ乾かしていないタオルがいっぱいだったので使わないことにしました。ベッドシーツにシミがあったので、寝るときに自分のタオルを何枚か上に敷くことにしました。また、バーナーが壊れていて火事などを起こしたくなかったので、キッチンには触れないことにしました。全体的に、1 泊するにはまずまずでしたが、清掃員を解雇するべきでした。改善すれば、もっと良い宿泊場所になると思います。

立地は全体的に素晴らしく、ユニオン駅を含め主要な場所はどこへでも徒歩圏内です。景色も印象的で、高層ビル群に囲まれた湖から昇る朝日が見え、都会的な雰囲気を味わえます。 部屋は写真より少し古く見えるかもしれませんが、アメニティは記載通りすべて揃っています（もし足りないものがあれば、連絡すればすぐに持ってきてくれます）。 バスルームのドアは、爪が長いと少し開けにくいかもしれません。 ただ、部屋に忘れ物をしてしまい、すぐに連絡して返却を依頼したのですが、場所を具体的に伝えたにもかかわらず、オーナーは清掃員が見つけられなかったと言っていました。指輪（安物で、私にとっては感傷的な価値のあるものですが）だったので、彼らにとって価値のあるものには見えなかったのかもしれません。とにかく、担当者はとても親切に対応してくれました。

概して快適な滞在でした。近くに小さなショッピングモールがあり、周辺には韓国料理店もたくさんあるので便利です。交通の便はあまり良くないので、周辺を観光する予定なら車があると良いでしょう。
