ホテルは非常に良いロケーションにあり、キャピトルヒルや美術館まで徒歩圏内です。部屋はとても広く、設備が整っており、特にキッチン設備が充実しています。唯一不快なのは、カーテンが透明すぎることと、部屋の壁一面が床から天井までのガラス窓で覆われているため、夜になると非常に明るくて眠れないことです。枕も快適ではありませんでした。

設施：十分齊全，所有設備都齊全 衞生：超級乾淨 環境：位置便捷，周圍很方便，開窗便可看到CN Tower，樓下有24hrs便利店。 服務：酒店人員超nice，溝通很順暢，問題都速度得到解決。

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights. Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay. The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent. The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay. However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests. That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Stayed at a different apartment during the same trip. The location is great and the apartment is basically brand new. The issue is only one elevator works and sometimes there is a very long wait. For some reason, guest are not allowed to use the stairs.

ホームステイの場所は良いです。スガバオの中国人の集まりエリアには、100メートル先に3つのガソリンスタンドと大きな中国のスーパーマーケットがあります。自分で料理して食べ物を買うのに問題はありません。 1キロ以内に2つの中国人レンタカー会社があります。カナダでは車がないのはとても不便で、車を借りて返却するのにとても便利です。ホームステイのオーナーは中国人で、双方のコミュニケーションに問題はなく、サービスはとても暖かくて思いやりがあります。

ホイットニーマナーのオンライン賞賛を見て、Trip.comの1ヶ月以上前に注文し、継続的な期待を始めました。夕方に邸宅に到着したとき、その建物は本当に素晴らしかったです。フロントで封筒に残された指示に従って、グレーストーンスイートに入りました。スイートの目は私たちに驚きを与え続けました。マナーには長い歴史があり、現在の所有者によってよく維持されています。オーナーは部屋のすべてのアイテムに独自のデザインをしており、入居者に注意深いヒントとガイダンスを提供します。満月が満開の中秋節の時期に、2日間の荘園主として過ごし、楽しい時間を過ごし、良い思い出を残しました。

The apartment was fantastic. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again but the front desk were terrible, no interest in helping what so ever. They are not part of Global but it was a huge annoyance.

The location was great, and the check-in was very easy. Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need, especially the very comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
