The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. 地下鉄の駅に近く、階下には軽食とコンビニがあります。交通の便と買い物の利便性を重視する旅行者に適しています。ハルビン西駅にも近く、同様に交通の便が良いです。家族旅行や洗濯が必要な旅行者に適しています。部屋は清潔で、内装も新しく、オーナーのサービスも良く、荷物預かりも手伝ってくれます。階下には飲食店がたくさんあります。

I booked for 5d4n,it was a last minute booking, due to returned from Yabuli. This hotel is nearby harbin west train station, 5- 10 mins walking distance. There is a underground walkway (escalator) to the train station. But, the walkway door opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. You can still use the staircase. I booked for 1 queen bed and received free upgrade of 2 queen beds. As there is no front desk, it is advisable to contact them immediately once you have booked it or prior to reaching this hotel for hotel room access details (digital locked). The hotel is clean and spacious, with 1 dining table, washing machine, fridge. The room photos are as advertised. They allow free luggage storage at their office at the same building. They also request for a rmb100 refundable deposit, and they even allow late check out with extra charge applies. Few restaurants, Convenient stores, fruit store, coffee shops and KFC. The nearest subway station is ChengXiang station, exit 2, less than 10 mins walking distance. Distance between airport and this hotel is about 30 mins drive (around rmb80 to rmb100), depending on traffic. There are 3 to 4 blocks of this building area. I strongly recommend to stay here. Unfortunately, i forgot to take the room photos.

非常に清潔で鉄道駅に近い。ディディも簡単に入手できます。レセプションはとても役に立ちます。前日wechatで連絡を取り、駅からホテルへの行き方を教えてくれます。

住過這麼多地方，這家公寓真的深得我心。一進房間，寬敞明亮，簡約的裝修風格很合我意。傢俱擺放規整，家電都是新的，使用起來很順手。浴室乾濕分離，水温和出水量恰到好處，洗個澡超解乏。樓下綠化不錯，晚上還挺安靜，睡眠質量有保障。而且交通方便，附近就有便利店，買東西不愁。工作人員很友好。必須好評，下次還住這兒！

お部屋は広々としていて、設備は新しく、清潔でした。チェックイン時に少し問題がありましたが、すぐに別の部屋を手配してくださり、大変助かりました。予約の際には、ウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれたバスルーム（そうでないと床が滑りやすいです）と洗濯機の有無をハウスキーパーに伝えておくことをお勧めします。部屋によって設備が異なるためです。 家族旅行で車を利用する方には特におすすめです。 唯一の欠点は、立地が少し不便で、どこへ行くにも遠く、周辺に飲食店の選択肢が少ないことです。それでも、コストパフォーマンスはかなり高いと思います。

住むのに良い場所です。すべてのアトラクションは4-6 km以内です。場所のすぐ隣に素敵なショッピングモールがあります。入り口は少し奇妙です。私はそれが滞在する平均的な場所であると言うことができます。洗面所は臭いがした、他のすべては良かった。

ホテルの場所はやや分かりにくく、建物の外にはホテルの看板が全くありませんでした。名前は「ジホテル」のようでした。ホテルの受付カウンターが8A階にあったことに驚きました。かなり古びていて、ホテルに期待するような温かい雰囲気は感じられませんでした。3人用の部屋なのに、タオル、カップ、ミネラルウォーターはそれぞれ2つずつしか用意されていませんでした。全体的に見て、西駅に近いという利便性がなければ、このホテルを再び選ぶことはまずないでしょう。

The owner is nice and answers every question you have. The check-in is not that difficult, but if you need any more supplies than the ones you already have in your room (for example towels and toilet paper) you have to take it by yourself and it can be a little bit difficult at the beginning, but still it's ok. The location is fine, there isn't a metro station near the hotel, but you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes with a car and the snow and ice world in 10. The room is ok, but the shower is a little bit uncomfortable and there are some furniture that probably still need to be finished. The hotel is ok, but it can be better!
