家主はとても親切で悪くはありませんチェックインに問題がありました。家主は眠りに落ちました。私たちは長い間外で待っていました。正直なところ、2人の女の子は少し危険です。後ろのタクシー運転手と警察は私たちが家主を目覚めさせるのを手伝ってくれました。ハハハハ

방은 매우 넓고, 침대도 넓습니다. 깨끗한 에어컨과 최신식 스마트 티비가 있습니다.
2박동안 샴푸 2개, 비누 2개가 제공되며, 타올과 옥상의 수영장을 위한 비치타올이 함께 제공되었습니다.
루이스는 매우 친절한 호스트였고, 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐 옮기는 것을 도와줬습니다.
호텔 위치는 큰길가에 위치했으며, 1분도 안되는 거리에 oxxo와 길거리 타코가게들이 있습니다. 그리고 맛있는 식당들과 카페가 주변에 즐비해있고, super Aki도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다.
옥상에서는 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 멋진 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있고, 1층 문은 철제문으로 잠겨져있어 외부인의 출입이 통제되어 안전함을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 귀여운 멍멍이들이 항상 반겨줍니다.
다음에 툴룸에 또 온다면 또 묵고 싶은 가성비 숙소입니다.

Schönes Hotel, unsere zwei Zimmer Wohnung war schön, groß und bequem. Zwei pools auf dem Dach, Pools sind etwas älter… Töpfe waren zerkratzt aber wurden ausgetauscht nach Ansprache. Lage war perfekt, Supermarkt 5 Minuten, Fußgängerzone 2 Minuten.

Номер не плохой, но фото сильно приукрашены. Все довольно старое. Нет сковородок и вилок. В целом есть кухня, но с таким оснащением ничего не приготовишь. Не удобный матрас.

I found this apartment in good location near to a big mall and bus center which goes to deferent cities from Cancun and the cleaners were very friendly and the manager is also a very good person, the only problem in this season mosquitoes which bites us and not feel comfortable.
The AC was working well and small swinging pool water is changing regularly 👌 .
Finly found it very good 👍 .

Tutto perfetto, dalla camera al servizio ci siamo sentiti subito in un luogo confortwvole. Tutto super pulito e comodo.
Unica pecca tante zanzare nell’area comune, che comunque è bellissima. Quindi portatevi un repellente per zanzare e vedrete che amerete il vostro soggiorno.

SSS72I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people.
The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs.
The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that.
The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be.
I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation.
When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.
Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.
Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.
Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

シャワーの水が冷たいのが出てきたら、熱いのが出てきたら、シャワーを浴びて何度か止まって、さらに悪いことに、水が一列に落ちてきて、
シャワーを浴びるのに非常に不快な経験をしました

フルオプション施設は良いですが
シャワー交換は必ず水圧がよく出て来て、宿泊客が不快なアップシャワーができてくださる必要が続く。
空港に行く必要がありますが、エレベーターが壊れているので、急いで階段を降ります。
Wi-Fiは1階のロビーだけ 部屋からは爆発しない
1階に来て携帯電話箱。

ココボンゴ側のビューで部屋を割り当てたほうがいいんです。
私の部屋は終わりでしたが、バルコニーの左側が壁の柱が視界を遮り、景色が見えませんでした。

飛行機の旅程のためにレイトチェックインをリクエストしました。 24-hourドアスタッフがいるため、不便はありませんでした。
部屋は私たちが必要としていたものでした。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、誘導調理器、食器も含まれていました。
コンビニエンスストア、薬局、スーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内にあり、ビーチへのアクセスも良好です。
改善すべき点は、トイレタリーのサイズ、特に石鹸とシャンプーです。

MMichael DugaIts a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank.
Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods.
Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family.
Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.
