全体的に、これは平均以上のアパートメント滞在でした。アパートには洗濯機、炊飯器、フルサイズ冷蔵庫など、多くのアメニティがあります。最大の利点は間違いなく場所です。アパートはパラダイムモールの真上に位置し、遠くまで旅行することなく買い物、食事、移動に非常に便利です。 滞在自体は十分に快適でしたが、強調する価値のあるいくつかの問題がありました。まず、予約に関連していると思われる不正なSMSを受け取り、詐欺の犠牲者になりそうになりました。ゲストは、不審なメッセージへの対応や、公式予約プラットフォーム以外の支払いには特に注意する必要があります。 第二に、アパートは最大7人のゲストを収容できますが、アクセスキーカードは1つしか提供されませんでした。これは、特に人が異なるスケジュールを持ち、独立して行き来する必要がある大きなグループにとって非常に不便でした。 全体的に、滞在は満足のいくもので、優れたモールの場所は大きなプラスでしたが、セキュリティ意識を高め、ゲストの数に十分なキーカードを提供することで、経験が大幅に向上します。

The checkin super easy , in the same apt complex just different tower. The instructions from host for check in and parking very clear. Apartment is great for young kids with slide and play area. Beds are comfortable. Master bedroom is spacious. Kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. The apt is less 5 min drive to legoland. There's red ants issue in one of the bedrooms but the service came quickly to get rid of it and changed the bedding. Occasionally the toilet smells of sewage which i think need to be solved by the building maintainance. Just these 2 issues that should be looked into by NEST home to make the place perfect.

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

The place had everything we needed and more. It was relatively safe for younge children and didnt have too many sharp corners on its furnitures. It was clean and we had a very comfortable stay!

R&Fモールの隣にある、とても清潔で快適、そして広々としたスタジオアパートメントです。JB CIQから徒歩10分以内です。到着が午後5時過ぎだったため、ロビーのメールボックスで鍵を受け取ってセルフチェックインするように指示されました。その後、セキュリティに鍵を見せてロビーへ入りました。 滞在には、ジム、プール、サウナ、ビリヤード、卓球室の利用が含まれています。しかし、午前中の3時間（午前9時から正午まで）はメンテナンスのためプールが閉鎖されており、チェックアウト前にプールでリラックスする予定だったので大変残念でした。担当者のANJUさんはチェックイン前に連絡すべきでした。

YIQIYIHUI（一期一会）での1泊は本当に素晴らしかったです！ アパートメントは完璧に清潔で、美しいデザインで、快適でリラックスした滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 インテリアは居心地の良い温かい雰囲気を醸し出し、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。ホストはとてもフレンドリーで対応が良く、チェックインから滞在全体を通してスムーズでスムーズな滞在となりました。 立地も完璧で、静かな環境にありながら、行きたい観光スポットすべてに近いという好立地でした。 特に、無料のミネラルウォーター、高速Wi-Fi、そしてとても快適なベッドなど、細やかな心遣いに感謝しています！ ジョホールバルを訪れる方には、YIQIYIHUIを強くお勧めします。また長期滞在を楽しみにしています！

Easy location, and not difficult to find at all. First I must praise the check in process. Just park at the lobby, go inside, take the key and card from the mail box, That’s it ! This is the most easiest check in process I ever experienced. Straight forward Now let’s talk about the room. Is clean except for the curtain. The room are spacious, it even comes with a water dispenser. Really love this thing. Im a light sleeper, I don’t usually sleep well in honestly due to noises and many factor , but this room I can sleep very well at night. Nothing much to complain. I will definitely come back book back the same room agai!. Thank you

全てにおいて満足でしたが、場所を見つけるのに少し手間取りました。どの建物に近いのか分かりにくく、例えば「カートンキング（紙箱王）」と同じ建物なのか、といった情報があると良いでしょう。日中の建物の写真を掲載することをおすすめします。 ルームカードとエレベーターカードを受け取った後、エレベーターの操作に少し戸惑いましたが、すぐに慣れて問題ありませんでした。 2階の各エレベーター入口に従業員の方がいて、質問できるのでとても助かりました！ありがとうございました！

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Ants on bed,dining table even sofa. Aircon spoil in bedroom,have to sleep without Aircon,lucky only 1 night.At the start when I first went in,all plugs and Aircon are not usuable,have to own self do the DC box,DC box for their electric is trip.After turning on,air in bedroom spoil.Not a good experience
