Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

部屋は十分にきれいではなく、やかんは壊れていますが、幸いなことにホストは交換するために新しいものを購入します。マスターベッドルームのシャワーの水が小さすぎます。一般的なトイレはちょうどいいです

Location wise very strategic, within ~15mins drive time to nearby attractions. You can stay conviniently here because you got Nasken, McD at the ground floor… Pak Leh Milo Tunggeng just walkable distance.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff. Great hotel, comfortable and worth the price. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Location is near to shopping centre,walking distance to night market.it take about 25 minutes to pantai Senok.Very clean and comfortable.hair dryer,water refill and kitchen provides.parking is free and WiFi is fast.will stay again if come again to Kota Bahru

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

Overall is Good . The environment is clean and hygienic . I had pleasure stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here where I come go Kalantan. Only the shower water pressure was low , hope these can be improved

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

全体的に、すべてが良かったが、改善が必要なエリアがいくつかあります。シンクエリアには拭き布が提供されていなかったので不便でした。また、現在のコーヒー/トーストバーナーまたは彼らが呼ぶものはすべて、特に食べ物を再加熱したい場合は、設定は実用的ではありません. 小さな電子レンジで置き換えることははるかに有用でしょう. それとは別に、サービスは素晴らしかった。顧客の問い合わせを処理するためにAIプラットフォームを使用するため、応答時間が印象的でした。
