このホテルでの滞在は本当に最高でした！到着からチェックアウトまで、信じられないほど美しく、手入れが行き届いていて、どこもかしこもピカピカに清潔でした。穏やかで家族向けの雰囲気も、私たちの体験をさらに楽しいものにしてくれました。 ハイライトの一つは間違いなくプールです。大人用と子供用に分かれていて、どちらもとても清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。家族でそこでたくさんの時間を過ごし、大人はリラックスでき、子供たちは楽しめました。 部屋は快適で整頓されており、きめ細かく配置されていました。すべてが新鮮で心地よく感じられ、心ゆくまで休息し、家族との時間を楽しむことができました。 最も驚いたのは価格です。これほど質の高いサービスと設備で、とても手頃な価格でした。家族での滞在は本当にその価値があり、あらゆる面で満足感でいっぱいでした。

サンウェイ温泉、隣にロストワールドがあり温泉三昧。ここの難点は御飯食べるのに困る事。グラブフードデリバリーが有るので良かった。 コンドミニアムのプールの警備員が面倒くさい人で、その着ている服は水着ではない。など、人がゆっくり温泉プールでリラックスしているところで話しかけて来て、昨日の警備員は、何も言わなかったよ。と拒否しました。そして、折角リラックスしているのにその人が居るせいで、温泉にもう一度入る予定が気分が悪いので入るのをやめました。 観光客相手に、ガタガタ文句を言って来る意味がわからない。

My first impression was quite a grand stallion entrance. Most importantly, nice cozy environment, rooms are clean, well maintained and the kitchen is ready if you intend to start up cooking. Highly recommended to check in for family trip. You can even check out late till 3.00pm.

すべて素晴らしかったです。非接触チェックイン（前日に手順が送られてきました）。窓がないのは最初は少し残念でしたが、真っ暗な中で眠るのは最高でした🤣 一泊だけなら良い選択肢だと思います。防音性はあまり良くなく、雨音、隣室の足音、玄関の開閉音が聞こえました（幸いなことに、午後10時以降は騒音禁止なので、ホテルは静寂に包まれました🌚）。バスルームにはシャワージェルとシャンプーはありましたが、歯磨きセットや石鹸はなく、タオルは用意されていました。価格に見合った素晴らしいホテルだったと思います。

The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities provided. It was also convenient to get food, as Restaurant Nasi Kandar Pelita was just a short walk away. Some setbacks (1) there wasn't a wipe cloth provided (2) the ramp up the multi storey car park to level 5 is narrow and challenging to manoeuvre for a big car

電話番号のないsimで、レンタルバイク屋さんがどこも閉まっており途方に暮れてコンシェルジュに相談したところ、バイク屋さんと電話で話をつけてくださり、店員さんとお店の前で待ち合わせて無事レンタルできました。イポーの周辺をバイクで旅して素晴らしい体験を得られました。感謝しかないです。

The hotel's receptionists were warm and welcoming. However, we were disappointed to find that we couldn't order a Grab from the lobby since it wasn't a designated pickup point. This meant we had to take a short walk to the main road, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it rained, which was often during our stay. The hot weather made it even more unbearable. The hotel's new furniture and cabinets emitted a strong smell of VOCs, which we tried to alleviate by opening the windows during the day. Although the corridor was tiled, it was dirty when we arrived. The next day, the cleaners mopped the long corridor, leaving it quite wet. The elevator was also located far from our bedroom. On the positive side, our unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. The amenities were good, and the value was excellent considering the size of the unit, which was around 70 square meters.

アパートはかなり新しい感じがしました。私たちが入ると、それは家のように感じました。また、リストされている設備があり、写真に忠実でした。間違いなく将来戻ってきます。

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues: Master Bedroom: The ceiling fan was not working, and there were ants and mosquitoes present. Room 2: The mirror was broken. Room 3: No hangers were provided. General: The hair dryer was damaged and unusable. Gym Facilities: The gym is very run-down, and many machines are not working. Toiletries & Linen: Only hair and body shampoo were provided. Towels were old and worn out, and the bedroom sheets were not very clean. On a positive note, the infinity pool is nice and well-maintained, which we did enjoy. However, the issues above significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and better provision of basic amenities are strongly needed for future guests.

Location ok, except unfriendly security service at lobby. Only provide 1 parking lot, which is not convenient to a big family with children & elderly. Ants found crawling around living hall & kitchen.
