私たちが一晩滞在したユニットは清潔で広々としていました。気に入ったのは、部屋とリビングルームが仕切られていることです。改善が必要な点がいくつか気付きました。ゲスト用のスリッパはありませんが、バスルーム用に1足あります。ロールティッシュ1枚を除いて、シャンプー、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシ、石鹸などのトイレタリーはありません。シャワーの排水は遅いです。便器は固定されておらず、シーラントもないため、使用後に立ち上がるとかなり動いてしまいます（動いて割れると事故の原因になります）。ゲストの安全のために固定する必要があります。キッチン用品は用意されていますが、フォークとスプーンがありません。全体として、これらの欠点は滞在に影響しませんでしたが、タガイタイの風が強く寒い天候のためエアコンをオフにしたときでも、ぐっすり眠ることができました。

Kind staff and accomodating. Though di gaanong satisfied sa room medyo gloomy. Pero all goods. Gumagana din lahat ng kitchen appliances. Thank you.

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

Rouは本当に優れたホストであり、私たちが素晴らしい経験をすることを確実にするために上を行き来しました。彼女は信じられないほど気配りがあり、滞在中ずっと道のあらゆるステップを手伝ってくれました。彼女は、すべてが大丈夫かどうかを確認するために定期的に私たちにチェックインするようにポイントを述べました。彼女の温かく歓迎的な性質は、私たちが到着した瞬間に私たちを家にいるように感じさせ、完全に快適にしてくれました。彼女の素晴らしいおもてなしに加えて、場所自体は清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。より良い体験を求めることはできませんでした!

It was a good thing na malamig ang panahon or else babaha ang buong unit due to aircon leakage. Pagna-on leak agad at ang lakas pa, basa buong floor. Reached out dito at sa caretaker but was provided mga basahan only kasi wala daw maintenance at wala nang ibang unit na mapaglipatan. We were also told na di dapat ioopen ang unit but due to high demand, they did. Wala namang problem if you want to earn but make sure hindi macompromise andmg stay ng guests. It was waaay beyond inconvenience at may kids pa which is delikado ang madulas na sahig. Never again and will never recommend.

I like the location of the room it has the perfect location of Taal Lake. It was very clean and the caretaker was very accomodating,and near the store's to buy basic needs. i hope nextime there is wifi..

ロケーションはとても便利で、マクドナルドにも近いです。👍 部屋は清潔で、部屋のエアコンはいいです！👍🥶 事前予約をしたのに部屋の準備ができるまで待たされたので、サービスには4/5を付けました。😐なので、次回は事前予約/オンライン予約をした人を優先してくれるといいのですが。🥺🙃 廊下の外では朝6時半という早い時間からスタッフの声が聞こえます。まだ寝ているゲストにもっと配慮してほしいです。🤐🤫😴 でも、全体的にはSogo Gen Triでの滞在は素晴らしかったです🫡👍👌

The location, place, and room are excellent kahit po naligaw kami😭, the only problem is the Wi-Fi, but overall it's good naman lahat yung wifi lang talaga, and also it says that the room can accommodate 5 pax but kulang po yung blankets, may nakita kaming mga blanket ata sa may bed pero ma-alikabok na po. I didn't expect na sobrang lamig sa tagaytay, but again all goods po siya—we cleaned the unit before we leave kasi we want to comeback pa po hehe😁 keep it up po, god blessed♡

Self check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill. The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided. I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo.
