The whole property is good, the views are really great, pool is well lit and decorated. Overall the view of the property is really really good. But, only issue is the staff, thus some stars less .....they are not courteous and make you feel you are asking anything out of blue...we went to place asked for any complimentary upgrades , they said rooms are their but pay for it and get it...we said ok .. considering it was needed....their are complimentary welcome drink, which is not served to you unless you ask for....then they say pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm and suddenly you see a whole block of PPL arnd po from 4 pm for arrangements, so no privacy and they say pool is closed for maintenance from 5 pm - which actually was not and it was given to a pool private party ....so all in all you have lost your pool time ..wherein you also paid extra for room....next they say you will get complimentary cake ..which als you have to remind at restaurant and they as well make you feel as if you have asked for specific out of blue....candle light dinner is really nice....but the lights on trees and str shaped all where shut...so it was literally like have food in dark with mosquito butting all over ....next they will say you get 20% off in dinner and in actual bill it is 10%...on asking they said you must have heard wrong we said 10%only....next day you go to swimming pool and ask them to give the pool benches.. .they will ruudely reply ..we will do it but will take time....on insisting they made arrangement of one chair and wen back to their natural course....this was around 10 am.....the pool which was under so called.maintenance had litter in it...party ties, paper fallen all over and so...then we asked for mat in benches for which they said they don't have....which later I found were lying inside the washroom area...for which they answered they are dirty so we said it is not their.... All in all the experience makes you feel that you pay and get nothing....thus the frustration...and yes it is definitely due to the hotel staff and ***agement...which makes you feel that way... So please ensure when you are going....their is no pool party that nite...else the pool will be kind off blocked from 3 pm onwards for arrangments till 10 or 11 am next morning...which is kind off 90% of your stay time... Staff at reception may tell you something...but get it in writing... Lastly...if you want something in room....please plan to call half he early...as that is their lead time.... Rest the property is really good, if staff is changed...you will enjoy it..

Hotel rooms were clean but there is no room cleaning service until you checkout. Bathrooms have old fittings so need to struggle with using it. Food is expensive. Swimming pool wasn't clean enough to use. Breakfast even though is complimentary the service is extremely slow and need to always call hotel staff to fill up food or tea. Lastly the hotel is near vapi and to travel to daman auto outside are expensive so if you want to save on travel choose hotel near to beach in daman

1-night家族と一緒に滞在するために2つの部屋を予約し、誰もが素敵な経験をしました。 Nest Beaconは、ジャンポルビーチに近いゆったりとしたエリアにある魅力的なホテルです。階下のレストランの食べ物は美味しく、朝食はシンプルですが、美味しくて充実しています。客室は居心地が良く、芸術的にデザインされており、充実したミニバー、快適なベッド、清潔なバスルームが備わっています。かわいい正面芝生の眺めの良いフロントルームをお勧めします。背面の部屋はあまり眺めがありません。スタッフはフレンドリーです---ハウスキーピングは、追加料金なしでリクエストに応じて、アイロンと入浴バケツを貸してくれました。注意すべき点: 1.専用駐車場はなく、外の通りにはバレットパーキングのみ。にぎやかな道ではないので、これは私たちにとっては大丈夫でした。 2.夜に音楽を聴く傾向のある屋上レストランがあります。私たちは夜のほとんどを外出していたので、これは私たちを悩ませませんでした、音楽はうるさくなく、10時前に止まりました。しかし、私たちは平日に行ってきました。週末がどれほど騒がしいかわかりません。 3.場所はメインタウンから数キロ離れており、公共交通機関を見つけるのは簡単ではありません。したがって、自分の車を持参する人だけにこのホテルをお勧めします。

素敵なホテル、サービスは素晴らしかった。部屋は近くてきれいだった。デフカビーチに非常に近い。朝食は必ず持っています。バス停や他の重要なランドマークはホテルから徒歩圏内です。独自の駐車スペースがあります。

Extremely happy with the stay are kids enjoyed a lot 🤠 swimming pool was amazing, Ruhi ma'am is really nice always ready to help it's just fells like home 🏘️, food was amazing room was also good 🤩🤩🤩

We had great family time at this place, We liked the food and also liked the availability of pan asian cuisine offered. We had the starters and main course food in our dinner and found it quite delightful. Ambiance is quite pleasant and peaceful which we loved alot Thanks & regards

チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで、長い待ち時間はありませんでした。部屋、食べ物、プロパティは期待に応えられていました。朝食ビュッフェは素晴らしかったです。オムレツとドーサのライブカウンターが大好きです。しかし、全体的な経験は良かった、マネージャーMr.Tusharはとても助けてくれてフレンドリーな性質でした、私たちが予約したMr.Tushar(ホテルマネージャー)のbecozはとても良かった滞在でした。サルマン氏とラゲベンドラ氏ベルボーイも私たちと仲良く、すぐにまたビューティービーチの前でホテルシーロックヴィラを訪れて楽しむ予定です。

Palm beach resort in Diu is budget friendly simple hotel with a swimming pool. Rooms are quite cozy having all necessary furniture. We stayed there for seven nights . The best part is all the supporting staff including the manager we're extremely cordial..We celebrated my birthday with them. Food was very good. Service was also nice.

We were a group of 14 members across 4 families. We had been to many resorts as a family in the past years and the stay at Krishna Beach resort was the best stay so far. Best experience with: 1. Exceptionally great rooms with beautiful view of the sea. 2. Very good service across all the areas of hotel management from reception to room service to cleanliness to everyone else 3. Easy access to beach 4. Great ambience of the entire resort 5. Very good quality of food. We had breakfast , lunch and dinner here and all dishes were very well done 6. Amazing serene and tranquil atmosphere throughout the entire resort Special mention of the reception manager Vishwadeep who was extremely helpful in getting us early checkin and also helped with easy checkout process. Thanks a lot for the help. Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay of 3 days and 2 nights for our entire family. Thanks to entire staff of the resort who made the stay so nice to all of us.
