It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

During Ramadan time, unfortunately, no buffet breakfast is available. My room faced the main road, so, it was noisy. The hotel should have allocated the room not facing the main road.

The staff are exceptionally courteous, always ready to assist with a smile, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The serene ambiance and excellent cleanliness standards create a homely yet elegant environment. Its prime location offers easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Highly recommended for a delightful and memorable getaway.

Quite a nice hotel that just needs better linen as you can clearly see some wear and tear on the blanket and the sheets. Reception felt a bit overwhelmed especially during check in and check out hours. Housekeeping and security staff, however, are so friendly, always greeting, smiling, and being proactive. The rooftop restaurant is also quite pleasant.

2部屋予約しましたが、どちらの部屋もトイレから悪臭が漂っていました。ルームサービスもひどいものでした。タイムリーなサービスが提供できていません。30分予約しても1～2時間かかることもあり、リクエストへの返信を忘れてしまうことさえあります。ホテルのスタッフは5つ星ホテルのマナーを知らないようです。全体的に良い経験ではありませんでした。

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.
