ゲゲストSiempre, cuando vamos a Alicante, nos quedamos en el hotel Meliá Alicante. Es un hotel fantástico. Está en la primera línea del mar. El hotel está totalmente renovado. Tiene una cama y las almohadas súper comodas. Y unos desayunos muy buenos. Nos gusta siempre volver a este hotel. Recomiendo a todos.

SStic素晴らしい！清潔でとても快適なホテルでした。バルコニーは本当に良かったです。朝食と夕食もとても美味しかったです。アメニティも高品質です。ホテルのすぐ外にバス停があり、街まで30分で行けます。素敵なプールが2つあります。新館なので、テラス付きの部屋を選ぶことをお勧めします。旧館はバルコニーがなく、街の中心部から少し外れた場所にあったのですが、以前よりずっと快適です。

ゲゲスト手頃な価格、清潔な場所、素敵な場所。非常に収容。私たちが遭遇した唯一の問題は、食堂のスタッフが英語を話さなかったことです。私たちのフルボードは追加として選択され、時にはビュッフェであり、メニューと時間から注文されました。言語の壁で、物事は少し困難になりました。
朝食、ランチ、ディナーのビュッフェがあれば。この場所は、休暇や滞在に最適です。スタッフは丁寧でフレンドリーでしたにもかかわらず。

ゲゲストHotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

ゲゲストBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

DDJ Krys RandleThe hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else.
This was our second visit and will stay there again.

ゲゲストIn general the hotel is ok, the food in the morning is ok, the hotel has a small heated pool and a larger pool with very cold water. The evening is lively with all kinds of shows like karaoke and live music. However, the room I stayed in was stuck in the 80s, the furniture was old. Overall, apart from the room, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
