「I missed my flight, so I was not able to check in. I informed the staff prior to my flight that I will be checking in late and they’re very responsive. However, I needed to cancel my booking because I missed my flight. I called the property again but they told me that I they couldn’t give me a refund because I paid through the app and not directly to them. I know that my booking was non-refundable, I just tried if Trip.com would make any nconsideration given my situation. However, I didn’t get any refund at all.」
