ホテルの入り口は素敵で、部屋は素敵で、素敵な海の景色でした。部屋の冷蔵庫はボーナスだったでしょう。プールとサウナ、バーも良かったです。 8.30pmから利用できるホットドリンクはありません。これは驚きでした。朝食はがっかりしました。

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking.
We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service.
Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay.
I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped.
Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet.
However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'.
We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Although the standard twin bed room we occupied is quite small, it is well decorated, has modern furniture and is spotlessly clean. There is a recent shower unit, a TV, a fan, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are twin electrical sockets and 4 USB outlets adjacent to each bed. While the window looks along the coast rather than directly out to sea, the view is very pleasant. The English breakfast was good, and the manager, Adam, very helpful. There is parking on a hard-standing at the side of the hotel. The sea and pier are close by, and the main shopping area is walkable. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Two constructive suggestions are (1) a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries which won't stand on top of the curved sink, and (2) provision of a toilet brush.

Seafront, idyllic views easy walking distance to the local restaurants and museums. Great stay for people looking for casual evening walks or runs or even cycling along the Devon coast with stunning views.

Excellent service from the lovely gentleman at reception. He was welcoming and informative. Room was clean with everything we needed and well serviced. We had a cocktail in the bar before we went to bed and it was perfect!
Would stay again definitely 😄

ゲゲストホテルは湖を見下ろす非常に絵のように美しい場所にあります。ベッドルームは広く、快適なベッドがあり、滞在の価格は非常にリーズナブルです。それにもかかわらず、ニュートン修道院のレースに行った後、ホテルに戻ったときにレセプションのスタッフの一人がまったく不快で、不親切で、明らかに役に立たなかったことは、7人のグループにとって一晩の滞在を酸っぱくしました。まず、残りの私たちよりも先にホテルに到着した私たちのグループのメンバー2人に飲み物を提供した後、彼は彼らが喫煙し、正当な理由を提供することができなかったので、彼らがベランダエリアに飲み物を外に持ち込むことを許可しませんでした拒否する理由丁寧なリクエスト。第二に、11.30pmの周りにホテルに到着したとき、バーは閉まっていて、彼は私たちに飲み物を提供することを拒否しました。私たちが彼に私たちの部屋を指し示すように頼んだとき、彼はまた非常に無礼で無礼で、そして明らかに役に立たなかった。全体として、この経験はホテルの選択を後悔させ、将来ホテルに戻るつもりはありません。

ゲゲスト29/04/2025。私たちはクリフデンホテルに3回行ったことがあり、1階にクラブルームがありました。彼らは素敵な大きな部屋でしたが、今回は2階にいました。予約の写真のようなものはありませんでした。私たちは別の部屋を頼み、レセプションの男性は明日の朝私に会い、もっと大きな部屋があればそれを手に入れることができると言いました。その日後、私のパートナーはレセプションに行って夕食のテーブルを予約しました。彼女がテーブルを予約している間、レセプションの女性はあなたが持てる他の部屋はないと言いました。バーテンダーはとても丁寧で、おしゃべりするのに素敵でした。夕方にはタラが1回しか食べませんでしたが、チップスはタラがあまり見つかりませんでした。他の食事のガムモンとチップのガムモンは、靴の底を修理するのに良いでしょう。地元のチップショップに行くのは絶対に美しいです。素敵できれいな屋内スイミングプールを使用しました。庭は素敵で、ビールはとても高価です。お得な価格でドリンクを飲みながらジョリーセーラーパブに行きましょう。レセプションはあまり役に立ちません。ホテルが犬を連れて2階にいる理由はわかりません。入り口に降りるときに犬がトイレに行きたいとき、犬はすでにカーペットにおしっこをしています。幸いなことに、私たちの犬は彼女のおしっこを保持することができ、彼女は運ぶのに十分小さいです。私は犬と一緒に他の人を追いかけて見ました。全体的に、今回は滞在に非常にがっかりしました。

FF HonourBooked a last minute break and have to say what a little gem this hotel is.
We were welcomed by the owners Steve & Wendy who the most friendly and down to earth people you would ever wish to meet.
Their attention to detail is second to none.
Complimentary home baked Bakewell tart, fresh milk if needed and an even honesty bar whereby you are trusted to serve your own drinks and settle upon departure.
Never came across this before at any hotel stay, just shows what genuine good people the owners are.
The hotel is immaculate, tastefully decorated and only a few moments stroll to the sea front.
We had the best nights sleep, mattress was extremely comfortable and bed linen was of high quality.
Lovely freshly cooked breakfast made to order with additional fresh continental offerings available.
This hotel failed to disappoint we can’t wait to visit again.

ゲゲストI found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the bar and restaurant staff. In particular Cloe was very efficient and helpful behind the bar. She explained really well how to find the various attractions that we wanted to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff in the restaurant were also extremely efficient and friendly both at breakfast and especially during the evening meal. Unfortunately I did not think to take their names at the time.
The only negative was the meal itself. Everything was good except for my steak. It was cooked just as I liked it, however it was tough and gristly. I did not complain at the time because as I said, everything else was really good, and I was not going to put a damper on the evening.

DDebbie AnnWhat can I say, when we turned up the outside had old furniture outside so 1st thoughts was its been refurbished. We were told that we had to move our car from the car park or pay an additional £10 per night, this wasn't in the advert when we booked but suddenly appeared later that evening. It was hard to find parking on the street so had to pay. The facilities were basic. No extra pillows, just 2. Shower over bath, no curtain or mat. Coffee was sparce & uht milk expired but they did give us more when asked. The cups were however odd & looked like has been used by the painters. Area was quite good, near to takeaways etc.

PpeterWhat a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

The staff went out of their way to make the day feel extra special, and I was genuinely moved by their kindness.
