We arrived at around 3:30 PM, which was already past the official check-in time. However, there was a long queue at the reception counter and the check-in process was very slow. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes, it was finally our turn, only to be informed that our room was still not ready. The staff advised us to spend some time at the swimming pool while waiting.
The swimming pool was extremely crowded, likely because many other guests were also waiting for their rooms to become available. Our room was eventually ready after 5:30 PM. This was probably due to the combination of the school holidays and a long public holiday period.
The breakfast included in the stay had limited choices and the food quality was average. In addition, there were quite a number of flies around the dining area, which affected the overall dining experience.
On a positive note, the resort environment was pleasant, clean, and well maintained. Security personnel were seen patrolling the area at night, which provided an added sense of safety.
One area for improvement is the parking space. The parking bays are quite narrow and can be challenging for larger vehicles such as sedans and SUVs.
