Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

ホテルは期待をはるかに上回りました。価格は中国の同様のホテルと同程度で、大変お得で立派な5つ星ホテルです。特に朝食、特に種類豊富なジュースは素晴らしいです。様々なフレーバーをぜひお試しください。とてもヘルシーで爽やかです。スタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルで、無料の客室アップグレードを提供してくれたり、私たちの質問にすべて答えてくれました。私たちがマデイラ島を訪れたと聞いて、アゾレス諸島を勧めてくれたのです。次回ポルトガルを訪れる際は、必ずまた訪れたいと思います。ホテルはリベルダーデ大通りに近く、公園に囲まれた絶好のロケーションです。静かで空港からも近く、市内の多くの観光スポットへも徒歩圏内です。1階にあるイタリアンレストランもおすすめです。パスタは絶品で、フロントデスクで予約の相談もできます。唯一の欠点は、シャワーの床が少し水漏れしていたことです。タオルで拭かなければなりませんでしたが、大した問題ではありませんでした。窓からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。写真は写真をご覧ください。

Ao nível do quarto tudo OK, a única falha é que tinha apenas um ventilador que não era suficiente para refrescar o quarto, seria necessário um AC. O que mais desapontou foi que na zona de estar/salão de jogos nunca tinha ninguém para atender e a falta de limpeza da piscina e jacuzzi exteriores. Mas no geral gostámos e tivemos uma boa estadia. Todo o staff foi simpático.

Cheiro ruim no banheiro que não saía mesmo após a limpeza, o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e deveriam repor mais o que acaba rápido para os hóspedes que chegam depois. No geral o hotel cumpre o que promete com relação a localização, tem funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos.

This hotel is simple but enough. A bit far from downtown (not walking distance but 10, 15mins by taxi ) but it is quiet. Breakfast was also good enough varieties. Probably old hotel but it was clean. People were friendly. Overall, great!

Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights over the business trip. Location was super convenient and close to the office. And it gave a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day. Was very surprised by the toilets on the top floor.. see the photo. The area is well kept. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend
