一度水圧がとても弱く、トイレの水がよく案内され、シャワーはよく出ます。外国人のためのコンセントがなく、サウジアラビアだけ持って外国人が利用することは不便で、フロントにコンセントが配置されていない。105号に泊まった電話が故障した掃除機にならなくてシャワータオルに非常に非常に長い髪付い続い石鹸ガウンステッカートイレのドアの後ろあった冷蔵庫に食べ物汚れていたリビングテレビの前ステッカー付いていました。携帯電話の充電のためにサウジアラビアスタイルのチャジャーを要求したが、受け取られなかったし、水が少し汚いウオッチが、プライベートビーチと良かったです。スタッフは親切なのに、外国人が利用するのが便利では無いリゾートです。プールの水にガラガラ浮かんだ海水にビニール袋飛ぶ。それでも過ごすだけです位置が良くアトゴスタッフサビス良くアトゴビューが良かったです。

私はこのホテルで素晴らしい経験をしました。場所は完璧で、主要なアトラクションや交通機関に簡単にアクセスできます。清潔さは申し分なく、スタッフのサービスは素晴らしく、常に気配りがあり親切でした。いくつかのアメニティにはいくつかの更新が使用できるかもしれませんが、施設は一般的に良好でした。全体的に、私は滞在を楽しんだし、このホテルを強くお勧めします。食べ物は楽しくて、全体的に素晴らしい経験をプラスしました。

New aparthotel. Clean, comfortable. Loves the pillow & bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several towers & the reception for check-in is at the 1st tower after the main gate.
They provide iron/ironing board, drinking water, kettle & microwave, toiletries. Need to ask for more towels, though.
Our 3 bedroom suite has a very nice view of the Jubail Bay. There are several cafe/restaurants nearby

FFERASRoom was more than sufficient for the stay. Breakfast was rather poor, plastic cups for drinks and cardboard cups are not very appealing at breakfast table.

ゲゲストFor a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

匿匿名ユーザー温かく歓迎の滞在。スタッフは本当に快適でフレンドリーでした。さらに、チェックイン時にホテルから滞在中に無料の朝食を受け取りました。朝食ビュッフェは本当に良かった。唯一の問題は、部屋のお湯に問題があり、熱くならなかったことです。全体的に、美しい滞在。

ゲゲストWe enjoyed our stay. Good location with a view of Corniche. Lots of shopping choices nearby. Swimming pool was available and we were the only family who had good time in the pool, and in gym too. Basement parking is bit tricky. Overall good experience. Will visit once again in July.

TTztp pingThe room is too dark and the air conditioning is bad smelling (like the wet painted) only if I turn off the air conditioning then I can sleeps. The light is too dark and the bathroom is old and wet. Dusty around the Hotel outside. Disappointed
