Whether you're new to movement practices or already have an established practice, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding. Through the Tamalpa Life Art Process®, you'll experience the value of combining movement, visual art, and creative writing to access the innate wisdom of your body and imagination. Developed over 40 years by the Co-Founders Anna and Daria Halprin, this internationally recognized approach supports personal, interpersonal, and social change.

During the workshop, Lauren will guide participants through a series of activities that introduce the basic tools and guiding principles of the Tamalpa Life Art Process®. Through the Psychokinetic Imagery Process, you'll connect with your physical, emotional, and mental body in a safe and encouraging environment. This embodied and somatic experience will show you how the Tamalpa tools can be used for personal and professional development in a transformative and creative way.

パートナーとここで初めてデートをしましたが、最高の時間を過ごしました。素晴らしい水族館で、雰囲気も照明も素晴らしいし、生き物も素晴らしいです。動物や魚が大好きなので、ここで見ることができて最高でした。スタッフは素敵で知識も豊富でした。場所は清潔で、移動も簡単で、雰囲気もとても良くて美しいです。木曜日の午後に行ったので、とても静かでした。

イングランド南部で最高の桟橋の 1 つです。海辺の乗り物、楽しいアーケード ゲーム、食べ物など、やることがたくさんあります。ここで夕日を眺めることを強くお勧めします。運が良ければ、夕暮れ時にムクドリが踊っているのを見ることができるかもしれません。私は彼らがこんなことをするとは知りませんでしたが、それは私が見た中で最も壮観で印象的で素晴らしい自然現象で、魅了されました。ムクドリのダンスを見られる可能性が最も高いのは 11 月から 3 月の間です。私たちは 3 月上旬に訪れました。
