The only thing we liked was the location and the sea view from the room. It's the only hotel that's located right by the sea and with its own beach. All other hotels in this resort are located across the street from the sea. The standard room 326, where we stayed for 4 nights, was terrible. The mattress was pushed through, and in the morning it felt like you'd been beaten all night. The safe was out of order. The shower was missing and water was spreading all over the bathroom floor. When we asked to fix the problems, the hotel manager only promised but did nothing. About the faulty safe, she said, ”Don't worry, they don't steal from us.” On the first morning of our breakfast stay, we were required to pay for tea and coffee, although I said breakfast was included in the reservation. I complained to the administrator, and she told the restaurant not to charge us for tea and coffee anymore. In the days that followed, at breakfasts, the wait staff at the restaurant looked at us like we had stolen something from them. On the third day, we were told that the black tea was over and they didn't even apologize. Overall, the atmosphere at the hotel was not friendly towards us. On the beach, some of the deck chairs were in faulty condition, the shower didn't work for the first three days of our arrival. The hotel doesn't give out beach towels, and that was a problem for us. The hotel staff saw and informed the administrator that I took a face towel to the beach, so the administrator not only scolded me, but also changed towels in our room the next days for old, washed and even without the hotel logo, it seems to me, towels were given to us forgotten by previous guests. Unfortunately, the Grand Hotel Aita is not a hotel you want to return to.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

Geweldig hotel! We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Hotel Blue Sky. Het hotel is prachtig, de kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een fijne en ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! 💙

We spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, eine Woche mit unserer Familie im Green Coast MGallery Hotel zu verbringen, und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet – sehr neu, modern und stilvoll – und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das kristallklare Meer. Der Strand und das Wasser sind außergewöhnlich sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. Wer gehobenen Service, modernes Design, höchste Sauberkeit und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Green Coast MGallery Hotels für diese unvergessliche Woche. Sie haben unseren Familienurlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

A Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need. What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all! As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

本当に素晴らしいホテルです！スタッフの親切さと気遣いに感動しました。最終日の午前 4 時に出発するのですが、マネージャーが朝食を作ってくれて、最高の 5 泊を過ごしました。部屋も食事も最高で、ロケーションも最高です。クサミルの 2 つの最も素敵なビーチから文字通り徒歩 8 分です。 スタッフは食事のおすすめやツアー、訪れるべき場所を教えてくれました。何か必要なことがあれば、喜んで手伝ってくれました。友人や家族がここに来るなら、ここに泊まるように勧めます。またすぐに戻ってきたいと思っています。 心から感謝し、皆さんに感謝の気持ちを伝えたいと思います。一人旅の孤独感を和らげてくれて本当にありがとうございました。 ❤️

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!
